Audience Feedback
Magda Cassidy
Here is an example of my questionnaire:
After receiving the results of my
questionnaire, I summarized my
results to give a clearer indication
of what our audience members
had to say…
Question 1)
Do you think this product is typical of a music video?
What do you think makes it clear it’s a music video?
Our audience said yes, our narrative was unique as was our
representation of Blackpool. Hopefully, in a proffesional media
industry, this kind of orignality would give our products a unique
selling point. According to our audience, our positive
representation of Blackpool is something that would stick in their
minds.
Question 3)
Does it work? Why?
It is interesting
to see what our
audience
thought made
our video work.
The comment
about being
‘artistic’ shows
that our
audience “got”
what we were
trying to create.
Question 4)
Name two elements you thought were interesting/impressive?

Everyone agreed that pace was suitable for a music video, and
that the genre was clear.
Question 8)
100% said yes, I think this is a sign we achieved our goals!! All
in all, our audience feedback suggests that we have done what
we hoped to do, we have created a music video with strong,
popular, recognizable genre, and made people want to buy the
song! I think it’s very interesting and useful to see what our
audience thought worked and what didn’t. I agree with most of
the suggestions our audience members made, and will think
about these in the future. Given the chance to do things
differently, I would probably try and improve the green screen
sections, but I don’t think I would change the pace, as one
audience member suggested.
Overall, I’m very happy with our audience feedback!
