OUTCOMES
1. Be able to define the branches, methods, and objectives of philosophical
inquiry;
2. Know what is a moral dilemma and the role of divine and natural law in
exercising judgement;
3. .Explain the relationship of ethics and culture, improve one’s moral
culture;
4. Expound on what it means to be human and apply the steps in making
good moral choices;
5. Understand the relationship of feelings and values in ethics;
6. Define moral character and identify the different stages of its
development and how this impacts our ethical decision making.
7. Develop sensitivity towards the common good;
8. Understand and internalize the principles of ethical behavior in modern
society at the level of the person, society, and interaction with the
environment and other shared resources as an Ignacian Marian.
Performance Requirements :
1. PRESENTATION: reading pertinent subject matters and to whittle that mound of ideas and materials
into a clear, compelling, oral presentation; to be evaluated based onqualitative written report and
persuasive oral report

2. QUIZZES, HOMEWORKS, INTEGRATION PAPERS: more of a kind of mix of a review and summary
of the lesson you have learnt; to be evaluated on how to draw up conclusion and bring to brand
new understanding of different issues with the help of learnt material.

3. WRITTEN AND ORAL EXAMINATIONS: an intensive test, oral and written, to measure the
proficiency of knowledge or ability on the subject matter; to be evaluated according to the
organization of thoughts in response to a set of questions or exercises using the standardized
scoring process.
