FRESHNESS OF PRODUCE AT THE RIGHT PRICE FOR THE CONSUMERS Business Model • All farm enterprises will have private sector and/or government partners to ensure sustainability. We start in Pagatpatan. Easily replicable in other farms. • Project proponents will be made accountable by the partners. But they will be guided by CTIIPO, City Agri and Gawad Kalinga (thru the establishment of School of Experiential and Entrepreneurial Development). • Vegetable delivery will be through the platform of Agrikultura Road Map • March 2021 - Take inventory of current vegetable projects • April 2021 – Start doing business plans for rehabilitation and new projects • May 2021 – Start enhancements of existing projects • July 2021 – Start new ventures Marketing and Sales Strategy • We are a FARM SOCIAL ENTERPRISE • We connect farmers to consumers through an established platform • We use social media and our connections with CABAHARA and affluent families Team • LGU Butuan: CTIIPO, City Agri, City Tourism, CSWD, etc • Gawad Kalinga • Pagatpatan Local Government • Private company partners like CABAHARA members • Private individuals thru FCCCI, BCCCI, etc • Other government agencies like CSU, DA, DTI, DOST etc Competition • We compete with existing vegetable suppliers.
