Users’ Manual
1. Survey
There are two kinds of centralized grease lubrication systems: single-line and double-line. The double-line centralized grease lubrication system supplies greases to line 1 and line 2 alternately through the changeover valve, and then supplies greases to each lubrication points alternately through the distributor.
The system controls the operation of the feeding pump according to the signals of the grease tank grease level switch.
The operation of the lubrication system is controlled by the electric control box. The operation process is fully automatic, and manual intervention is unnecessary. HR series electric control boxes apply monolithic chip control, digital displays and touch buttons, completely replacing control boxes of the relay control mode, realizing digitalization and modernization.
When there is trouble with the pressure difference switch, the control box switches to time change-over automatically.

2. Working principle
The four-digit digital tube on the operation panel displays the lubrication time and the interval time. The lubrication time is mainly used for monitoring whether the lubrication pump finishes grease supplying in the set time, and the interval time is used for displaying the time interval between the completion of the lubrication of line 1 and line 2 and the next lubrication.
If the lubrication time exceeds the set time, which means troubles, such as low system pressure, grease leaking or trouble with pressure difference switch, the control system will give alarm and then switch to timing change-over. After the lubrication pump starts supplying grease, the lubrication time begins counting-down. After receiving the pressure difference switch ch
angeover signal, the system automatically shuts off the solenoid valve of one line, open the other solenoid valve to switch to the lubrication of the other line. When the counting-down goes to 0, if no pressure difference switch signal is received, the control system will give alarm and then switch to change-over automatically. The lubrication time can be set between 0~99
minutes arbitrarily.
The interval time is mainly used for displaying the time interval between the completion of the lubrication of 2 lines and the next grease supplying. The interval time can be set between 1 second~9999 hours (for old model 0~255 hours) arbitrarily.
When the function buttons on the panel is pressed, the corresponding indicator should light, otherwise the button is ineffective. When the indicator lights, release the button immediately.
Switch on the power switch, the power indicator is on, and the digital tube displays the lubrication time and the interval time alternately, and the system is in the standby status. Press a function button in the standby status, and the system will enter and run the corresponding function. HR series electric control boxes has three working modes: automatic running, remote c
ontrol and manual running.
Automatic running mode: press the “automatic” button, and the system will enter automatic control running status. The system starts the lubrication pump, first supplies grease to line 1, then the lubrication time begins counting-down. When the pressure difference between two pipe ends reaches 5MPa, the pressure difference switch will give a signal to the main control b
oard, which drives the solenoid valve to change over and the system supplies grease to line 2. Then, the lubrication time renews and the counting-down starts again. When the pressure difference between two pipe ends reaches 5MPa again, the system shuts off the lubrication pump, displays the interval time and starts the interval time counting-down. When the interval
time decreases to 0, the first grease-supplying circle ends, and the system starts new grease-supplying process. The whole process supplies lubrication grease repeatedly and reciprocally. During the system operation period, when the lubrication time decreases to 0, if the pressure difference switch (pressure switch, hydraulic changeover valve) does not work, the syste
m will give overtime alarm and switch to time changeover. During the system operation period, press the “Reset” button, and the system will stop and return to the standby status.
If the time is set to 0, the system will not enter the running mode.
Continuous running: set the interval time to 0 and press automatic running.
Remote control mode: similar to automatic running mode. Switch on the remote control switch, and the remote control will run.
Manual running mode: press the “manual/feeding” button, and the system will start the feeding pump; press the button again, the system will shut off the feeding pump. Switch on the high grease level switch, and the system will shut off the feeding pump automatically.
Press “manual/running” button, and the system will lubricate for one circle, and then the system will enter standby status automatically.
Feeding pump control: During the period when the lubrication pump is running, the feeding pump is always in the automatic working status. If only the low grease level switch is switched off, the feeding pump will feed greases automatically, and will stop feeding only when the high grease level switch is switched on.
During the system operation period, only if you press “Enter/Reset” button can you stop running. Pressing “Reset” button at any time can stop running and let the system return to the standby status.
Timed lubrication: it is unnecessary to install pressure difference switch. When the grease-supplying time decreases to 0, the system will switch to changeover automatically.

3. Notices for operation


3.1·Switch on the power switch and wait for the indicator to light. The monitor displays the lubrication time and the interval time alternately, and the system is in the standby and preparation status.
3.2·Set the lubrication time (monitoring time): press the “set the lubrication time” button, and the button indicator will light, displaying in flicker the current lubrication time value. The displaying unit is “m and s”, with the value before the radix point being minutes, and the value after the radix point being seconds. The time can be set between 00 to 99m59s arbitrarily. Each
time you press the button, the button flickering digit moves right by one digit. Press “▲” or “▼” buttons, and you can set the flickering digit. Press the button continually, and the settings can be displayed in circle. After finishing setting, it is necessary to press “Enter/Reset” button to return to the standby status. The system keeps the set value automatically.
3.3·Set the interval time. Same as setting the lubrication time. Press “set the interval time” button, the button indicator lights. Each time you press the button, the button flickering digit moves right by one digit. The displaying unit is hour, without radix point. The time can be set between 0 and 9999 hours arbitrarily. After finishing setting the hour value, press the “set the int
erval time” button to display “m.s”, the value before the radix point being minutes, and the value after the radix point being seconds. The time can be set between 0 and 99m59s arbitrarily, same as above. The settings can be displayed in circle automatically. After finishing setting, press “Enter/Reset” button to return to the standby status. If the value displayed on the mo
nitor meets your requirement, it is unnecessary to set again.
3.4·Press any button such as “remote control”, “automatic running” or “manual/running” in the standby status, and the corresponding button indicator will light and the system will enter the corresponding working mode.
3.5·In the remote control working mode, it needs switching on the remote control switch only. If only the remote control switch is switched on, the system will enter running, otherwise the system will be in the standby status. The remote control switch is equipped with passive contact, as active contact may damage the control box.
3.6·In the manual working mode, each time press the button, the system will operate for one grease-supply circle and then return to standby status.
3.7·Pressing “enter/reset” button can stop the system and let the system return to the standby status.
3.8·The feeding pump is operated automatically by the grease level switch. If manual control is required, pressing “manual/feeding” button can stop or start the feeding pump.
3.9·When giving fault alarm, the system outputs a pair of contact closing signals to the user for use. In order to stop alarm, it is necessary to press “enter/reset” button. The fault signals and the lubrication pump working signals are led to the central control room DCS system.
3.10·When the grease reservoir is empty, it is necessary to add grease in time to avoid the damage to the lubrication pump.
3.11·When there is pressure difference switch fault, the system will switch to time control changeover automatically, and give alarm for overtime lubrication.
3.12·This electric control box is applicable to such old models as GDK-01, GDK-02, GDK-03, R1901, R1902, R1904 and non-standard models. Install the control box and perform wiring in strict accordance with electric principle diagram to avoid unnecessary losses.
3.13 Before using the control box for the first time, it necessary to check all plugs and parts. Any dropping-off should be well treated, and wires should be well-plugged in the socket, otherwise the system will be burnt. The electrical wiring should be performed according to electrical principle diagram, free from mistakes.
3.14·The system should be installed with safety grounding to prevent electric shock.

七十二小时进入风室检查立柱连接螺栓、加强梁与段节梁连接螺栓、四连杆螺栓等是否松动、
干油润滑管是否有松动脱落及漏油情况。各个风阀筏板活动是否灵活,弹簧是否完好。检查各
点润滑是否良好(润滑点单向排油阀是否有润滑油排除及各个分配器油针指针是否正常动作)
及时清理风室内过多的积料。
检查第三风室第五风室液压缸固定底座及活动底座及相关塔间支撑螺栓连接情况、液压缸两侧
是否窜出。接近开关与感应块距离是否 3-5mm 、活塞缸防尘套是否完好。液压管路接头无渗
