一、 用途
透平油广泛用于火力,水力发电机组、工业汽轮机组、核电站等。
透平油在机组中的作用主要是润滑、调速和散热冷却等,透平油的好
坏,直接影响到机组的安全经济运行,特别是长期运行的汽轮机组 ,
同于高压汽封,电机轴封等严重磨损,未带间隙或汽封压力调节不
当,引起串汽现象,以及冷凝器泄漏,造成透平油严重含水,出现油质浑
浊不清或乳化,加速油质老化,产生皂类,胶质和有机与无机酸,降低油
的稳定性和润滑价值,同进,水分会与油中添加剂作用,促使其分解,导
致设备锈蚀。另一方面同于系统外污染通过轴封和各种孔隙进入,如
砂子、尘土、锈渣、碳粒、以及内部金属磨损颗粒、油品氧化产物,也
会降低油的粘度,抗泡沫性,破坏油膜、增大摩擦,磨损设备机件,
并有可导致调速系统卡车、失灵、引起局部过热甚至闷车。乳化油还
有可能沉积于调速、循环系统的管路中,生成油泥,使运行油不能畅
通流动、起不到良好的润滑、调整、冷却作用,不及时处理可能造成
重大事故,严重影响机组的安全经济运行。
它适用于汽轮发电机组,水轮发电机组,工业汽轮机组,核电站,
以及各种使用透平油的机组,用以净化不合格的透平油,也可用以
净化低粘度的液压油,压缩机油,机械油等。净化高粘度液压油请选
我厂 GZL 型高粘度专用滤油机。

二、主要特点
该机采用国内外最新工艺,集重力沉降法,离心分离法,凝聚
法,吸附法,真空分离法,压力过滤等优点于一体,比传统的板框
压力式滤油机、常规真空滤油机,白土净化装置等综合性能好,脱水
与破乳效果好、适用于严重进水,或浑浊乳化的透平油的净化处理,
能有效脱去油中水份、酸质、皂类、胶质、色素,以及金属颗粒、砂子、
碳粒等机械杂质,使乳状油液变清,该机能与汽轮机组长期同步运
行,也不需耗费滤纸。
三、工作原理
在汽轮机或其它使用透平油的机组中,即使正常运行,油液也
会乳化变质,因为它们都具备乳化的三个最基本的条件:
乳化条件:油中含水(受潮、串气、漏水等)
油中含乳化剂(老化产物或外界污染)
产生乳化的能量(强烈搅拌、高速流动等)
因此,透平油的定期净化破乳在所有用透平油的机组中都很有必要。
TY-II 型滤油机的工作原理:
如图(系统图)乳化污染汽轮机油由粗滤器除去较大颗粒的机械杂
质;经红外加热加热器,乳化液加热到一定温度时(由自动恒温仪
控制)、因油和水的膨胀系数不同,密度差会很快增大、从而加速了
“油包水型”液膜的破坏;同时、加热使油的粘度降低,有利于水珠
的聚结和沉降;热油在缓冲器中行得到缓流、卸荷;继而以偏心方式
进入柱形凝聚室下方的离心重力分离室,轻微的离心作用仅使乳液膜
产生变型,而不使油液搅浑。
由于油与水的结合力下降、并且油与水的比重不同、当涡流状油液由
下而上逐级穿过专用分离塔时、细水分散的水滴在下沉中,经分离塔
组合汇集成越来越大的水珠,在旋涡与重力共同作用下,同锥面向
锥顶汇集,最后沉降到底部,由于引水室中事先注有引水,同于亲
和性,会使油中的水份与引水室中存水汇合;初步净化的油经净化
剂脱除室进一步脱去胶质、皂类等乳化剂,以及脱去部分色素,再经
精过滤器除去水份和吸附剂细末等杂质;最后经设有特殊分离塔和
油位控制装置,强冷凝装置的真空分离系统,对油中残余含水进行
真空深度分离;较干燥的油液经排油泵,提高压力后通过精滤器、不
仅滤去细微固体杂质,还使少数残存的乳液膜被破坏,实现油水补
充再分离后即为洁净油。
本机还绰用了乳化剂的亲水亲油平衡理论,考虑了两相浓度的影响。
乳化剂的乳化作用是同分子中亲水基和亲油基的作用引起的、当亲水
基低于亲油基时,易形成油泡水(W/0)型乳状液(乳化油),反
之易形成水包油(O/W)型乳状液。另一方面,当对已形成油包水
(O/W)型的乳化油中,再加入一定水,当水的浓度增大到某一值
时,油包水型乳化油将转变为水包油型。因此、在本机首次使用时务
必要加入引水。并要保证使用中的最低水位,以增强破乳和对水的分
离效果。

五、安装调试
1、 将本机进油管接在油箱底部入口侧,出油管接在油箱管路
上返回油箱。
2、 按机器总功率的大小接好三相四线电源,并使真空泵转向
与箭头所示一致。
3、 检查各油、气、水管路均应无泄漏,然后接好冷却水。
4、 检查真空泵、排油泵应无卡阻及偏心振动现象。
5、 启动真空泵,并通过排水阀向引水室注水至最低水位。
6、 启动排油泵,检查液位控制器是否准确、可靠。
7、 检查恒温仪是否正常。
完成了以上的调试工作,即可进行下面的操作。
六、操作方法
1.开冷却水进入冷凝系统后开启真空泵,保持真空度稳定在 -
0.075~0.090MPA 之间,(以运行中真空分离室内汽化泡沫不大
量上升为宜,真空排汽阀开启大小可以调节真空度的升降)。
2.开启进油阀及油泵。
3.启动真空泵泵保持正常。
4.启动加热器,并将温度预置在 40℃~70℃。根据油液中的水
分含量高低适当增减温度设定值。
5.当净化含水量较大的油液时,应适当减小真空度(同时提高油
液的设定温度)进行初步脱气,待油液中的水蒸气含量逐渐减小
时,再慢慢的提高真空度,以免水蒸气蒸发太快,引起油液中水
蒸汽大量升腾而造成油泡随水蒸汽一起跟随到真空系统中。
6.设备系统中电气控制带有联锁功能,主联锁:所有电气元件
与真空泵启动联锁,第二联锁是加热器与排油泵及油位控制器联
锁,如遇自动停机需检查维修正常后才能投运。
7.停机时,先停加热系统,间隔三分钟后再停止冷却水,并依
次停真空泵、进油泵,进油阀、排油泵、电源开关、最后开启充气
阀,使真空表读数为“0”。
七、注意事项
1.由于本机采用了特殊型高效真空分离塔,当含水较重时,真空
度不宜过高,以免汽化挥发太猛,甚至出现真空泵排气口喷油现象。
如遇到此现象后,须减少真空度进行循环脱水数个循环后,随油中
水份的减少逐渐提高真空度。
2.真空泵的使用、维护保养请仔细参阅真空泵使用说明书,严格按
说明书的要求执行。
3.本机采用的冷却水为自来水或循环水,自来水用量为 120L/小时,
水温不超过 35 度,水压不大于 0.5Mpa,如真空泵发热严重,则要
加大冷却水流量。
八、故障排除指南(见下表)

九、正常运行参考数据
运行中有关数据为:
1.真空度:-0.075~0.090MPA,运行中主要以油品质来决定,
油质较差,含水量较大时则取小值运行,循环数遍后再逐渐提高
真空度,否则易引起油液反冲,另外真空度太高会引起排油泵吸
空而产生啸叫现象,一般真空度宜控制在-0.075~0.090MPa 之间。
2.压力:≤0.35MPa 运行中压力一般小于此值,如果油质较差,
压力将会随着油净化设备运行时间的延长而逐渐增高,一但压力
超出此值,造成滤芯堵塞时必须要清洗或更换滤芯。
3.温度:40~70℃一般设定在 50℃左右,温度设定值的高低应
根据油液品质来决定,含水量较大的油应尽可能提高温度,加速
水份的汽化。
油液平衡状况:主要是观察进出油液的平衡度。
4.本设备中采用的是西门子水环式真空泵,对泵的使用维修及保
养情况要特别注意,在使用过程中不能使真空泵长期处于极限真
空状态下工作,这样会影响真空泵的使用寿命,如油液中水份含量
不高,建议一般使真空度处于 -0.075~0.085MPa 范围内工作.

Chapter 1. Application

Turbine oil is widely used in fire, hydroelectric unit, industrial steam

turbine and nuclear power stations.

The role of turbine oil in unit is mainly lubrication, speed and

radiator cooling etc, turbine oil is good or bad, directly affects the

safe and economic operation of units, especially chang long-term

operation of the steam turbine unit, common high-pressure steam

seal, the motor shaft seal etc severe wear, who bring gap or gland

pressure to adjust undeserved, cause string steam phenomenon

and cold oil pot of turbine oil leakage, causing severe water cut,

appear oily turbidity unclear or emulsifying oil, accelerate ageing,

produce soap classes, colloid and organic and inorganic acid,

reduce the oil of stability and lubrication value, with into water and

oil additives function, and impel the decomposition, causing

equipment corrosion. On the other hand from outside the system

pollution through shaft seal and various pore enter, such as sand,

dust, rust slag, carbon particles, and the internal metal wear

particle, oil oxidation product, also can be reduced oil viscosity,


resist foam sex, destroy the oil film and increase the friction and

wear equipment parts, and can lead to speed system card acerbity,

failure, cause local overheating even frowsty car. Ignition may still

be deposited on speed and circulatory system piping, formation of

harmful sludge, make the operation flow, oil cannot unblocked not

a good lubrication, the adjustment, the cooling effect, not timely

handling can cause a major accident, seriously affects the safety

economy to move a line.

It is suitable for steam turbine unit, hydro-generating, industrial

steam turbine units, power plants, and all sorts of use of turbine oil,

to purify the unit unqualified turbine oil, can also be used to purify

the low viscosity of hydraulic oil, compressor lubricants, JiXieYou

etc. Purification high viscosity hydraulic oil please choose our

Chapter 2. Characteristic

This machine adopts the latest technique both at home and abroad

, and possesses the advantages of gravitational settler ,

centrifugation , coalescent method , adsorptive process , vacuum

separation process , filter –press . it’s whole function are better

than traditional plate frame pressure type oil filter ,conventional

vacuum oil filter, and hargil purifier . the dewatering and


demulsification are efficacious . It is used to purify muddy and

emulsified turbine oil , or turbine oil with moisture . this machine

can remove moisture , acid material , soap material ,

colloidalmatter , pigment , and machine impurities ,such as metal

dust , sand , carbon powder . It makes emulsified oil clean and

don’t need to work synchronously for a long period . It doesn’t

need filter paper , either .

Chapter 3. Working Principle

In the steam turbine turbine oil or other use of units, even in

normal operation, emulsifying oil will also deteriorate, because

they possess all of the three most basic emulsion of conditions:

Emulsifying conditions: oil water (damp or mixes up, water etc.)

Oil containing emulsifier (aging products or outside pollution)

Produce emulsification energy (strong mixing, high-speed flow,

etc.)

Therefore, turbine oil regularly purification broken breast all use

the unit in turbine oil is necessary.

TY - type II filter oil machine working principle:

based below pro-oil base, YiXing oil bubble water (W / 0) type

emulsion (emulsified fuel), whereas easy form water bag oil (O/W)

type emulsion (see chart 2). On the other hand, when considered

to already formed water (O/W) type of emulsified fuel, add certain

water, when the water concentration increases to a value,

Chapter 5. Installation & Comissioning

1, Connect the inlet oil pipe of the device with entry side at the

bottom of lube oil tank, and connect the outlet oil pipe with the

piping which return to the tank.

2, Connect with three-phase four-wire power according to the

device capacity, and make the vacuum pump power steering

same with the arrow marked.

3, Check all the oil, air and water pipes to confirm no leakage, and

then connect the cooling water well.

4, Check the vacuum pump and oil drainage pump to confirm


neither jam or blocking, nor eccentric vibration existing.

5, Start-up the vacuum pump, fill water into the diversion room by

drain water valve to the lowest level.

6, Start-up the oil drainage pump, check the level controller to

confirm it is accurate and reliable or not.

7, Check the constant thermometer is normal or not.

Completing the above installation and commissioning steps, and

then start the following operation.

Chapter 6. Operation

1. Open cooling water into the condensation system after open

vacuum pump, maintain stable vacuum in - 0.090 MPA,

between 0.075 ~ (in operation of vacuum separation indoor

vaporization foam not large rise advisable).

2. Open the entry oil valve and oil drainage pump.

3. Start vacuum pump oil purifier, make the vacuum pump oil level

keeping normal.

4. Start-up heater, and the temperature is preset at 50 ℃ ~ 70 ℃.

5. When the purification is for oil with high water-bearing, the

preliminary vacuum should be reduced appropriately until the

water vapor contained in the oil is reduced gradually, then raise

the vacuity slowly, to avoid the oil recoiling due to a quick


evaporation of the water.

6. The electric control system has interlocking function, which

means an interlocking between the heater and oil drainage

pump, it can be put into operation with a normal maintenance.

7. To stop operation, first stop the heating system, then stop the

cooling water after an interval of three minutes, and then stop

the vacuum pump, the entry oil pump, close the entry oil valve,

the oil drainage pump and switch off the power, finally open the

air filling valve, make the vacuum readings as "0".

Chapter 7. Points of attention

1. If is permitted , let oil scoop feel the lowest point of turbine oil

box , so that water and solid polluted materials can be filtered

smoothly .

2. Our machine used high efficiency special separation

tower ,when the moisture is too heavy , it doesn’t need too high

vacuum degree . on the contrary ,vaporization will volatilize

strongly , even vacuum pump air –vent will spout oil . After

recycling for many times , rise the vacuum degree according to

the shortage of moisture in oil .

3. If there are full of oil in vacuum separation room , or oil is above

normal oil level before punilying for certain factors , run oil drain
pump to make oil level go down the normal position ,then run

vacuum pump , or vacuum pump will spout oil .

Chapter 9. Normal operation data for reference

1. Vacuum: - 0.075 ~ 0.090 MPA, mainly in the operation of the oil

quality to decide, oily poorer, large water when they take small

oil quality to decide, large water oil should as far as possible

increase the temperature, accelerate the vaporization moisture.

service life of vacuum pump oil, such as water of content is not

high, suggest generally enables vacuum in - 0.075 ~ entropy

MPa work within.

控制单元操作说明

操作手册
1. 首先检查电源及冷却水,合上电源及开启水源;
2. 启动真空泵(面板真空泵启动),检查设备系统的漏气量,具体方法:待真
空度达到-0.08Mpa(真空表压)左右时,停真空泵,关闭真空阀及进油阀,等待
一分钟,看真空度下降值,正常下降值不应超过-0.005Mpa,如超出此范围,就应
检查是否有漏气处,排除后方可进入下一步操作.
3. 点动油泵,主要是看转向是否与箭头标致相符。
4. 检查温控仪,正常设定温度值为 50 度左右,检查温控仪的灵敏度与动作值
是否一致。
5. 检查透明水杯侧面的液面接近开关是否能正常工作。具体办法:在设备启动
后,用小螺丝刀或手指放在靠近水杯侧部(不超过 10mm),看接近开关是
否动作。
6. 上述工作完成后,可进入下面的设备运行工作;
7. 首先启动真空泵,待真空度达-0.07Mpa 时,启动进油泵,和排油泵,这时要注意
观察液位控制器的动作是否可靠,主要方法如下:在真空分离室上,有个油位观
察孔,观察油位的高低与油泵的动作值是否一致。
8. 等第六步工作正常后,可检查加热器的工作情况,在运行中投用加热器,观察设
定值与动作值的误差,动作时的通断情况是否正常.
9. 工作正常后,观察设备运行时间不少于 15 分钟,主要是对真空度、压力、及
温度等数据进行观察分析,对设备有无泄漏处、对电机温升进行观察,均正
常后可每隔一至二小时再观察一次。
10. 本机设备系统中带有报警功能,在设备工作异常时能自动停机并报警。如遇
到这类情况时,首先要查明故障原因,然后作进一步的处理,处理结束后再
投入运行。报警类型有二种,一是超压报警—滤芯堵,二是油位超高报警---
接近开关报警。
11. 故障的判断可参照说明书中的故障排除指南。
12. 本设备使用时要特别注意的是不能断水,因为水源是真空泵中的介质,另一
方面它也同时起到了冷却功能,遇断水时,设备将无法正常运行。临时断水
不会产生任何故障或危险。
13. 在运行过程中如遇处理油中水分含量较高时特别要注意一点,就是真空度不
能太高,因为真空度太高时,水分挥发太快,容易形成油液反冲现象。在这
种情况下,首先让真空度稳定在一个比较低的控制范围(-0.07Mpa),随着
运行时间的增长(一般以运行 2~3 个循环),再逐步提高真空度,这样就
可以避免油液的反冲现象。
14. 对于本设备中金属不锈钢滤芯的清洗方法:简单扼要的介绍如下:首先折下
滤芯,将滤芯放置在煤油或者说汽油中浸泡 12 至 24 小时,浸泡的主要目的
是将滤芯上的软杂质经煤油分解软化,然后轻轻振荡后凉干,再用清水由内
而外的清洗或者用压缩空气由内向外进行吹扫,吹扫时要注意沿着滤芯的折
叠方向进行,一般是采用由下而上的吹扫方法。清洗完毕后再将滤芯装回,
正常情况下,滤芯的重复使用过程可达 5 次左右,具体根据油液的油质情况
决定。
15. 本机中易损件为滤芯和加热器,要注意这类元件的损坏情况,及时更换。
