results affect your confidence.

the good in any given situation.

confidence!
● Think about the thinks that you like
about yourself , including your skills,
knowlegde behaviours and personality

values and relationship with others.

● If we recevive positive messages , then

we are likely to have higher self-

we receive negative messages ,
whether true or not , then we will
delevop low self-esteem.
5. Conscious and subconscious minds
● Determine what we think , what we feel ,
what we say , how we react, what habits we
establish and how ultimately we are
perceived.

● Your awareness of yourself and the world

around you are part of your consciousness.

● the subconscious mind, includes things that

we might not be presently aware of but that
we can pull into conscious awareness when
needed.
