Who is trainer?
A trainer is a person who facilitates learning and make easier for learners
to go though process of learning and self discovery.
 As Suzy Siddons says....
”A trainer must be a super-effective multi-tasker with eyes in the back and
sides of the head”
Aim:
 To motivate employees/participants to come out of the comfort zone and
help them balance the life challenges.
 Not just emphasize on solving specific problem but to take them to the
journey of roller costar. To help them in achieving the objectives .
What is training context?
To develop the competencies of employees / participants and to provide
them clear direction.
Trainer is expected to perform multiple roles:
:• Knowing more and more about peoples learning styles.
• Training line managers how to train.
• Guiding executives in establishing strategic directions for the organization.
• Facilitating process improvement and/or teaching line managers how to do it.
• Constantly being in touch with employees and work processes and be aware of their skill
needs
. • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the organization and its mission/goals.
• Knowing information technology and explore the use of electronic training opportunities,
including development of multi-media training programs (where feasible and appropriate).
• Entrench training as an integral activity in the organization.
• Facilitate problem-solving teams.
• Help managers to think through performance and solve them either through training or
otherwise.
• Help trainees to think over their jobs.

Training style:
Every trainer has its own style of delivering training
and his style makes others to be influenced by him.
The trainer mostly adopts the style that he prefer as
a learning style. But its dangerous when we don’t
consider own audience preference of style.

Umair jaliawala:
Umair jaliawala is role model, motivational speaker, and a magnificent example of Amicable and story
telling training style. He is a great hero with a talent to change life of others. His basic aim in life ids to
uplift others and make them efficient, productive, and happy. He has appreciable entrepreneurial qualities,
with tackles to lighten the young generation who are in bars of inferiority.

His training and coaching sessions are so influencing


and mind captivating. In his sessions he used games,
videos, brainstorming activities to allow the participants
to come up with some challenging ideas and productive
tangible creativity. Participants are given the chance to
share the problems they faced in their career and in

life 'Aasaan' (Easy).Education: he pursued bachelors in commerce from kiroiri mal college, but he
dropped down in final year of his study.
Sandeep Maheshwari hailed from an opulent and respectable family. Currently, his age is 35 years. His
family owned an aluminums business and he has witnessed the days of golden charm right since his
childhood. However, the business soon collapsed and was completely devastated. His family looked upon
him as one of the bread earners and thus he was pushed into the race of earning bread and butter for their
living.

Sandeep Maheshwari is the CEO of Imagesbazaar which is a site that offers images for both commercial
and personal use. Having gone through a roller coaster of failures and success, Sandeep determined to
ignite the spirit of future entrepreneurs with the examples he had. The free life-changing sessions he
