Chief Customer Officer (CCO) Organization, Roles and Responsibilities

Don Kelly – Chief Customer Officer


 Responsible for all TEAM revenue delivery
 Meet/exceed global revenue plans, across all solutions and/or verticals
 Lead salesperson for TEAM, be in as many client interactions as possible across all client segmentations
 Lead Sales/BDR sales skills, preparation and client delivery processes
 Design performance management framework and KPI’s engineered on data and qualitative insights to ensure full line-of-sight into risk
and opportunities
 Approve pricing for all deals within the authorization band; outside of that band the Pricing Committee makes the final decision
 Build out a “Voice of the Customer” (VOC) client feedback plan to ensure TEAM knows how a customer feels about our service delivery at
every stage of the process with us
 Develop, manage, and approve all TEAM budgets related to Sales and Marketing
 Collaborate with Cameron/Tim on resource forecasting related to pipeline
 Develop sales velocity metrics for all solutions and calibrate plans to accelerate optimal performance
 Design, implement and manage the CRM platforms

 Design Key Partner Program
 Implement and manage program
 Transfer program to DK on 1/1/2022
 Meet/exceed existing customer revenue plan
 Build Share of Wallet (SOW) revenue growth targets per customer
 Set targets to build new relationships for each account

Thad Bydlon - CFO, President of Europe


 Meet/exceed revenue plan for new and existing customers
 Collaborate with CCO on sales and business development strategy for Europe
 Act as the lead executive for key deals and existing customer relationships
 Develop sales goals and quotas with CCO

o Sales Enablement, Brand Building, Recruitment Marketing, Employee Engagement
 Design Marketing Automation plan for Account Based Marketing (ABM) and implement in collaboration with CCO
 Design and manage the marketing budget to ensure all priorities have appropriate resources
 Collaborate with both Europe, USA, LATAM and DOGS sales and business development leaders
 Develop goals and targets for the marketing team members in coordination with the CCO
