2. The SLOGAN MAKING Contest is open to all PAEZIAN students.
2. Each participant should submit ONE entry only.
3. The slogan must illustrate, interpret and emphasize the theme: “Living the New Normal
Through Active and Creative Lifestyle ”
4. Entries must be shown creativity in a long bond paper (traditional).
5. Participants must submit 2 pictures; a picture holding their own work and a picture of their
actual work, via fb messenger (send it to Edel Rillo Hernandez)
(Include name, grade and section). Entries will also be posted
on fb page.
6. The deadline of submission of entries is on February 11, 2021.

encourage Paezians from G7 to G12 to showcase their singing skill.
HOW TO JOIN:
× Sing a song of your choice, record your onstage performance and send via messenger.
× Share your video link with your friends , and get more likes and shares
× Guitar or any instruments can be used as accompaniment if you want.

2. The tiktok video must not exceed 1 minute.
3. There is no limit of number of contestants per section and grade level.
4. The tiktok entry must be in line with the THEME.
5. Strictly! “NO” foul words or any scandalous or vulgar song choices in the tiktok entry. If we
found out that there are Foul words, scandalous and vulgar song choices the entry will be
removed and forfeited.
6. All entries will be posted on participants account using the #MAPEHMONTH2021 and
#TIKTOKDANCECOMPETION2021.

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE: MOBILE LEGENDS
× Tournament is open to all-male, or all-female, or mixed teams
× Qualifying Stage is Single Round Robin (Point System), top four (4) teams will advance to
the Playoffs.
× Playoffs Stage will be Single Round Robin, top two (2) teams will advance to the Finals.
× Finals will be Best-of-5 games.
 
PLAYER REQUIREMENTS:
× A player can only join one team.
× Players must be available during tournament dates.
× Players must be currently enrolled in the school year (2020-2021)

 The tournament is an Online Tournament.
 Players will be advised of schedule and timing of matches thru their registered cellphone
number or facebook account.
 Only Tournament focal person can alter schedule and timing of matches

GENERAL CONDUCT: ics:
× Players are expected to conduct themselves and compete with the spirit of sportsmanship,
maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor in activities involving other participants and
public in general.
× The organizer has the right to apply penalties, disqualify and dismiss any registered player
from the tournament, at their discretion, at any stage of the tournament.
× Cheating doesn’t need to be successful to qualify as a violation. Conspiring to cheat is
already a violation and will lead to an automatic disqualification for all conspirators.
× Examples of cheating includes, but are not limited to:
× Ghosting, Account Sharing, Piloting
× OTHER DETAILED RULES & TECHNICAL ASPECTS:
× All participants will be advised of other rules or technical aspects of tournament prior to

mechanics:
1. All Paezians are qualified to join the Direk ko, Ganap Mo (Filmmaking / Video Editing
Contest), which will be held on February __, 2021.
2. Participants must submit a 2-3 minute video about the daily life of a teenager during the
covid-19 pandemic.
3. A creative title is required and should appear on your video.
4. A group of 1-5 students, must be in the same section, can join the competition.
5. Students can ask help from their families and friends to become their actors or crew.
6. The whole video is encouraged to be covered indoors.
7. Criteria for Judging

2. Photos must be taken in vicinity of his/ her current location
3. DSLR, Point-and-Shoot, and Camera Phones are allowed.
4. There is no limit of number of contestants per section and grade level.
5. Theme for photography contest will be announce one week before the said contest.
6. Disqualification for those students who will upload from the web.
7. All entries must be in digital form (JPEG format) and must be submitted to Mrs. May
Melendez Messenger on or before the deadline.
8. Entries submitted beyond the deadline will automatically be disqualified.
9. Each student photographer can only submit one entry. For each entry, a photo must be
submitted together with the following attachments: Name, Grade, Section, Date Submitted,
Name of MAPEH Teacher and Name of Adviser

10. The Contest Organizers shall have no liability for delayed, corrupted or lost entries.
11. All entries must be an original material taken by the photographer and should not include
watermarks, signatures, frames, date and/or time stamp or any other markings on the photo.
10. Digital manipulation is not allowed. Enhancements must be limited to basic postprocessing
such as adjustments of contrast, minimal color- balancing, sharpening, cropping and burning.
11. Entries must be unpublished and exclusive to this contest within the duration of the photo
contest

× 1 min video presenting his/ her self, wearing an appropriate attire and must be in whole
body and half body shot.
3. Submission of picture and video is on or before JANUARY 29, 2021- Friday via messenger
of Red Garces Oicanata
4. Criteria for Judging: Confidence 40pts, Appearance 30pts, Personal Impression 30pts
For a Total of 100pts
5. Announcement of the FINALIST is on MAPEH Month 2021 Opening Ceremony.
