Who: Volunteer Residence of Brgy. Pilar

Purpose: To eliminate and diminish Water Pollution on the said area.

Executive Summary/ Introduction

KABABAYANIHAN:A Constituents that help and preserve the Island of Brgy. Pilar proposed
by Calado, Austine Miles and Esberto, Cattleya Loraine , A BSED Students Major in English Subject.
Since, our Isla in Barangay Pillar has been exposed and polluted in both terms like air pollution and water
pollution due to the rapid changes and irresponsible behaviors of people residing on the specific are and to
other tourists who has been spared time to visit, it tends to narrow down the importance of persevering the
beautiful Island of Pillar.

In relation with this, the project will accommodate volunteers who will help to diminish plastic
wastes in order to beautify the said target Island. These volunteers will also establish good rapport and be
will be receiving token as exchange of their good deed for the betterment and beautification of our Isla
and to still continue its operation about collecting fishes that is best use in selling and a form of survival
for the Fishers around the area.
RATIONALE:

To diminish plastic and solid wastes

To secure safeties of everyone.

This project aims to:

To diminish the continual and

alarming water pollution

To help my Constituents to continue Fishing without putting their life at stake

To beautify one sources of income for fishers.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION/STRATEGY

The purpose of this project is to have a safe and healthier source of food for the constituents. The
strategies, steps and procedures needed for this project to b more amenable as follows:

Phase 1: Propose the Project to the Local Barangay hall or Municipality and patiently wait for it to
be fully verified and approved.

Phase 2: Once approved, will down to Barangay hall and seek approval to the Barangay officials to
be part and support the project. Later, the expected budget given by the Municipality shall buy
commodities, equipment’s and other instruments needed to clean the said Island.

Phase 3: Seek volunteers specifically within the area.

Phase 4: Proceed to the said Area, together with all the volunteers as well as the fisherman who
will lend a boat for its people

Phase 5: Clean, preserve, diminish and reduce wastes such as plastic, plastic bottles that may be
visible on the Island.
