Performance Task
 VLOG : A DAY IN MY LIFE
GOAL Take a video of yourself showing the different ways of using specific
tools in working task.
ROLE To be a featured Vlogger that creates and utilize the function of
the tools required in the specific task that would showcase the
real social context.
AUDIENCE Your VLOG will be watched by your teachers and classmates so
that may be entertained, well-informed and inspired to do the
same.
SITUATION The output Vlog should showcase the importance of
understanding on how to achieve good and balanced health
through sharing tips and advices on deficiency.
PRODUCT The video should clearly show how to properly use the different
tools in a creative manner having the most effective ways to
manage time and manifest a good standard of living.
STANDARD The output will be graded based on the actual performance in creating
the specific task of using the different tools and showing the
 PRODUCT/PERFORMANCE
❑ENGLISH- The content of the vlog should make use of Social Media (Google,
Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.) to showcase the importance of well-
researched information on the given task.
❑MATH - Showing different measuring devices for Measurement.
❑SCIENCE- During their vlog, they must show some ingredients and mention its
uses that may help in the building and repairing of cells and tissues to prevent
deficiency diseases.
❑FILIPINO-Pagpapaliwanag ng mahahalagang detalye, mensahe at kaisipan.
❑AP -nagagamit ng makabuluhan sa wastong pamamaraan ang mga
kagamitan.
❑ESP- Nakakapagsagawa ng mabuting pagpapasiya gamit matalinong pag-
iisip
❑TLE -based in module content, use measuring tools to measure objects
accurately for specific task.
❑MAPEH- Determine the right food choices for nutritional needs of adolescents.
