what we believe is a good idea. We are expressing our thoughts on what action
another individual should take.

• Taking leave as an expression or act when someone moves away from a place in order to go
somewhere else.
• Taking leaving usually used if we part with someone we know.
• Taking leave is divided to two type which are formal and informal.

 4. EXPRESSING CONDOLENCES
• When someone you care about has lost a loved one, it can be hard to know what to say
when expressing condolences. But it’s important to say something. Sharing your
condolences lets them know you care and offers comfort in one of the hardest times
they’ll ever experience. It’s a loving gesture that means a lot.
