Informal communications methods share information casually within a social group. The social group may be
a family, a group of friends or colleagues or one or more strangers. Informal communications are not part of
the formal structure of an organization.

• Making a suggestion means telling someone else what we believe they should do or
what we believe is a good idea. We are expressing our thoughts on what action
another individual should take.

2. TAKING LEAVE
• Taking leave as an expression or act when someone moves away from a place in order to go
somewhere else.
• Taking leaving usually used if we part with someone we know.
• Taking leave is divided to two type which are formal and informal.
