into or having an effect on another. An example
of impact is the effect that humans are having
on the environment.
What are Global Trends? Global trends are current changes in
the global environment either negative or positive. Examples
of Global trends
Equality and Security, Innovation and collaboration etc.

Why Are Global Trends important?

The Global Trends help organisations to ensure they are
ready for the future by understanding the unsettling forces
that they face and guiding them to take advantage of the
opportunities.

Specifically, sustainable development is a way of organizing society so that it can exist
in the long term.
Impacts of sustainability development

Positive
Sustainability maintains the health and bio capacity of the environment. Sustainability
supports the well-being of individuals and communities. Sustainability promotes a better
economy where there is little waste and pollution, fewer emissions, more jobs, and a better
distribution of wealth.
Negative
There are several disadvantages to sustainable development. One of them is that it is
normally more costly to create goods and services in an environmentally safe way than in a
non-sustainable and harmful manner. Sustainable development means development of an
economy in a way that doesn't deplete natural resources
