two windows on that wall is preferred to that of a single window.

clause 5.4.1.2 says, In warm humid regions, the problem in the
design of non-industrial buildings is to provide free passage of air to
keep the indoor temperature as near to those outside in the shade
as possible, and for this purpose the buildings are oriented to face
the direction of prevailing winds and windows and other openings
are kept open on both windward and leeward sides.

From 5.2.1 from NBC

2016, there is no change of air from inside to outside the
building, since all the windows are fixed glass which
provides only natural light. Bathroom has mesh ventilators
to let the steam and smell out

From 5.2.2.1 from NBC 2016, the value of air change for
banquet hall is 8-12 per hour. But here there is no change of air
from outside. There is central air conditioning system installed all
over the building.
