 What is Dynamics
• Dynamics is defined as the forces
or properties which stimulate
growth, development, or change
within a system or process.
 Leadership Dynamics
In this course, leadership dynamics
refers to the totality of the actions that
can be taken to stimulate the growth of
leadership capacity in a person.
 Leadership is Developmental
• No one becomes a great leader all of a
sudden.
• And the child Samuel grew on, and was in
favour both with the LORD, and also
with men.- 1 Samuel 2:26
And Jesus increased in wisdom
and stature, and in favour with
God and man.- Luke 2:52

 The Case Study of the Biblical Moses
• God knew Moses would be the leader that
will lead the Israelites out of Egypt.
• He allowed Moses to develop his
leadership capacity, first in the palace
then in Jethro’s house where Moses
worked for 40 years. Exodus 2, 3 and 4
 Class Ground Rules
• Lateness for lecture shall not be allowed.
• Movement during lecture shall not be allowed.
• Students will only be allowed to go out of the Lecture
Hall on an emergency (God forbid).
• No form of distraction during lecture shall be tolerated.
• The University lecture dress code shall be enforced.
•Lecture period shall not extend beyond stipulated hours.
•No form of eating and chewing shall be allowed during
lecture.
•Students are not allowed to use any electronic devices
during Lecture
•To qualify for examination, student shall make a
minimum of 75% lecture attendance score.
