general education which aims to contribute to the
total development of the learner through
participation in selected activities.
 It provides opportunities to acquire lifelong skills
that are essential to his physical, mental, social,
and emotional development

 Coordination – the ability to move body parts smoothly and accurately in
response to what your senses tell you
 Agility – ability to move and change direction quickly

 Reaction Time – the time it takes to respond to stimulus

 Balance – the ability to control the body’s position, either stationary or


while moving
 Speed – amount of distance travelled in one direction in comparison to time

 Power – Ability to apply force at a high rate of speed.
