It is the detailed logs of all members’
participation per groupwork including all
the reports and progress of the research
project being done by the whole team.

1. Name of all the members
2. Participation of each member per groupwork.
3. Reason/Explanation when failure to attend.
4. Progress report per group meeting.
5. Notes per consultation with the thesis adviser/teacher.
6. List of groupworks schedules (in advance)
7. Summary of Active/Inactive members.
8. Other important notes

For strict compliance, softcopy of the thesis journal
is REQUIRED to be submitted in your section’s
Google Drive account, inside your group’s folder at
on or before the deadline of submission given.

Take screenshots, pictures of members, announcements,
online meetings with research teacher, online/offline
groupworks, defense, consultation hours, responses of the
members, and all relevant matters in our subject as much
as possible because it will serve as your evidence of all the
activities that you have done, to keep on track of your
individual and group performances, and to avoid possible
problems.

Group Leaders shall add 2 columns for the Xmas Eco

Lantern Contest and TESDA Skill Webinar after each
member's name in thesis Journal. Put a check (✔️) mark
in the corresponding box if participated on the said events
and (x) if not (FOR ADDITIONAL GRADE)
