    ETHICAL DILEMMA FACED BY ME

     When my younger brother scored 45% in high school, he came to me and


    requested not to tell this to family members and I agreed.
     At this time I faced dilemma related to personal ethics and family ethics.
    HOW I RESOLVED THE DILEMMA

    At that time questions arise in my mind


     Is this right to deceive family members by not telling them truth ?
     If I will not tell about this to my family members how will it affect my younger brother
    career ?

    Finally I decided to revealed the truth in front of my family members because it will help my
    younger brother in long term . He initially resented but quickly realised that telling truth is of
    utmost importance .
    ETHICAL THEORY APPLIED

    • So here is the theory of utilitarianism is applied .


    • According to this theory if the action is good if the consequences are good.
