ABSTRACT
A Double frequency(DF) Buck Converter is proposed to improve dynamics of power converters, to increase the efficiency and also exhibits nearly same dynamics of conventional high frequency buck converter.

INTRODUCTION
This project proposes a novel converter topology to achieve high dynamic response and high efficiency of buck type converters. Moreover, the switching loss of the converter remains small. In order to improve the transient and steady state performance of power converters and to enhance power density, high switching frequency is an effective method.
