Objective
 My main objective is to learn and gain practical
experience in electrical panel manufacturing field.
 To learn different types of panels used in electrical
field and step by step process of how panels are
assembled.
 Learn about different type of wirings and
switchgear and protective devices
About Organization
 Accutech Automation
• Established in 2016 at Mehsana industrial park

 Area of Work & culture:

• Working time is 10 to 5 which varies according to deadlines for competing
panels.
• Work environment is supportive and helpful towards interns
 Employees:
• Total five employees
• Two skilled and three semi skilled
Area of work
 Main work of organization is to provide power and control solutions through
electrical panels like PCC ,MCC, PDP,PLC SCADA and starter panels etc.

 During 1st and 2nd day of my internship I have learned about various types of
electrical panels and components used in them I got to know about procedure of
electrical panel manufacturing and how they are designed with the help of circuit
diagram
 On the 3rd day they gave us task to make circuits of different types of starters like
DOL starter using given components

 On the 4th and 5th I learned distribution panel wiring and components and got
chance to make connections in that panel which was designed for control
application in GETCO Substation.

 During my first week of internship I learned
and had got chance to make connections and
in this distribution panel under guidance of
our company supervisor .

 As a intern my work at the company will be

assemble all components and make
connections by understanding the diagram
and learn step by step process thought project
under supervisor.

SUBSTATION
 APFC PANEL:
• During my second week of intership I
learned about APFC panel wiring
connection and diagram with the help of
company supervisor and employee

• APFC Panels are mainly used for the

improvement of Power Factor. Power
Factor is the ratio of active power to
apparent power and it is a major
component in measuring electrical
consumption.

 STAR DELTA STARTER
PANEL:
• During internship I also learned
wiring and connection of star-delta
control panel
• Star Delta Control Panels are used for
switching three-phase AC motors with
very high inrush current
• with the star-delta starter, the starting
current from the main supply is one-
third of that with the direct delta
switching. Thus, with the star-delta
starting, the starting torque is reduced
to one-third times of the starting
torque obtained with the direct delta
switching.
