involving the whole body for a long period of time.

Ability of joints to move through a full range of motion.

Formula: Weight (kg)/Height (m^2)
Example:
weight = 68 kg
Height =165 cm (1.65m)
Solution:
BMI = Weight (kg)/Height (m^2)
BMI = 68 kg/ (1.65m)^2
BMI = 24.98
RATING BMI
Underweight < 18.5
Healthy Range 18.5-24.9
Overweight 25-29.9
Obese >30

Series of measurements and test that will help identify
the status of one’s physical fitness.

Health-related tests
Skill-related test
