 STORY
• Tchoukball was created in Switzerland by Hermann Brandt . He believed that sports shoud
not only form champions , but also contribute to the creatiin of a better and more humane
society .
• He designed tchoukball to contain elements of hand ball , volleyball and squash .
° is an indoor team sport developed in the 1970s by Swiss biologist Dr Hermann Brandt. Dr
Brandt was concerned about the number of injuries in sport at the time and as part of an
educational study he wanted to create a sport that reduced injuries, was not aggressive between
players and enabled people of all shapes, sizes, genders, cultures, and backgrounds to play
together.
 RULES ABOUT THE SPORT
• Rules will follow the International Rules of Tchoukball (listed below) with the
following changes to make the game more playable:
• 1. There will be 6 players on the floor at one time: 3 girls and 3 boys. A
maximum of eight players may be on a team. Every player must play
equal time.

• 2. Revised: Play will be 14 minutes continuous straight time (2 x 7 minutes

straight time halves). Rock, Paper, Scissors will determine first ball.

• 3. If a player of the attacking team misses the frame, or if the ball touches
the ground outside the court before or after the bounce, then the
defending team takes posession.

• 4. There is a limit of 3 passes that the

attacking team can make before shooting.h
 RULES

• 5.After a point is scored, the ball must cross half before a shot can be
taken. This first pass doesn’t count as one of the three passes.
• 6.A missed shot at the frame only results in a loss of possession.
• 7. A point is scored when the ball rebounds after hitting either of the 2 frames and touches
the ground outside the forbidden zone, any part of the defending player’s body below the
knees , or touches the defending player while he is stilk in the forbidden zone .
 RESPECT
• Sociol-emotional ability we choose to represent our sport it was the respect . In its origin in
Latin, the word respect meant "to look again".
• Respect is one of the most important values ​of the human being and has great importance in
social interaction.
• Respect prevents one person from having reprehensible attitudes towards another.
• Many religions address the issue of respect for others, because mutual respect is one of the
most basic and essential ways of living together. Respect must be very present in the games .
• We need to have respect with everyone who are involved in the game .
