BAHAN-BAHAN
Ingredients

Jahe (ginger) 250 gram

Gula Merah (brown sugar) 200 gram

Gula Putih (white sugar) 150 gram

Santan (coconut cream) 2 gelas

1 sendok
Garam (salt)
makan

Daun Pandan (pandan leaves) 3 lembar

Siapkan semua bahan

(prepare all the ingredients)

Parut jahe, kemudian peras dan
bisa juga ditambahkan sedikit air
saat memeras

Rebus 5 gelas air, gula merah,gula
putih,daun pandan,garam,serta air perasan
jahe. Masak hingga mendidih

(boil five glasses of water,brown sugar,white


sugar,pandan leaves,salt dan giger juice.
Cook until boiling)

Setelah mendidih tambahkan
santan. Masak kembaii sampai
matang

(after boiling add coconut milk.


Cook again until cooked)

Tuang sarabba kedalam gelas
aduk rata. Hidangkan

(pour the sarabba into a glass


and stir well. serve
