Introduction
The study explores the use of banana peel extract as an affordable, secure, and
useful floor wax for cleaning and shining various flooring types, promoting local
resource usage and reducing agricultural waste, as a profitable, low-cost
substitute for floor polish. Moreover, Banana Peel and Coconut Oil can be an
alternative main ingredients for floor wax production. Furthermore, this study
explores environmentally friendly production methods for household cleaning
products using banana-derived components like coconut oil and peel. It aims to
reduce reliance on synthetic chemicals, benefiting floor wax manufacturers and
homeowners. The findings could serve as a basis for future research.

Theoretical Framework
The study uses Rogers' The Diffusion of Innovations theory to evaluate the
effectiveness of banana peel and coconut oil as alternative ingredients in floor
wax production. Factors such as relative advantage, compatibility, complexity,
trial ability, and observability are considered. The study aims to compare the
benefits of these ingredients compared to traditional chemical-based products.

 Methodology
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of banana peel and coconut oil as
alternative ingredients in floor wax production. The researchers will prepare ripe
banana peels and organic coconut oil, mix 20 grams of candles with the peels and
coconut oil, and boil for 15 minutes. And apply the waxes to floors, clean and dry
them, and follow the exact recipe. the researchers had determine a measurement
schedule based on shine, texture, and slip resistance, and track the cost per unit of
each wax production process. Simple random sampling is used for sampling. The
researchers had used number legends such as 0.20=20%, 0.25=25, 0.3333=33%,
0.5=50, and 1=100%. By this number legends, the researchers had gathered the

The results of significant findings and patterns of this research is that the

and slip resistance is 100%. This results are enough for the researchers to get

ingredient for floor wax production. The researchers successful get the results
that they need and have an initial findings of effective as it show's the minimum

Conclusion
A survey of two participants rated the shine, slip resistance, and texture of floor
wax using a formulated wax made from banana peels, coconut oil, and candles.
Both respondents rated the wax as moderately shine and very good slip
resistance. The study suggests banana peel and coconut oil can be a viable
alternative for traditional floor wax, contributing to environmental sustainability
and cost-effective production methods.
