Procedure in Mixed Fruit Smoothie
1.Wash all the fresh fruits to be used.
2.Cut the fruits into small pieces and place
them in a round bowl.
3.Put the fresh fruits in a blender.
4.Add a teaspoon of white sugar and one
cup of milk.
5.Blend the fruits until it gets smooth.
6.Pour the smoothie in a tall glass.
7.Put some ice.
8.Enjoy a healthy fruit smoothie.
