(a) How the developments in the area of materials are partly responsible for evolution of unconventional machining techniques? (b) Name the important factors that should be considered during the selection of an unconventional machining process for a given job. Derive an equation suggested by Shaw to obtain volumetric material removal rate of considering Gain throwing mechanism.
