    During the Training period: The Selected GETs would undergo a six month training period during which they would work in the respective city at the workshops & Depots. After successful completion of the project the GET would be absorbed as Asst Manager Fleet in the respective city with independent charge of the Workshop/Depot etc. Job Description:1. To execute tasks related to Vehicle Maintenance, Cleanliness, Servicing, and Accessory & Hardware Fitment. 2. Ensure all Maintenance & Servicing deliverables are executed as per set standards 3. To track the repair work given to external service agency, analyze Maintenance down time and handle critical Maintenance & Breakdown Cases. 4. To manage and report the MIS for the respective Workshop/Depot 5. To ensure Accident Reporting & Insurance Claim processing, Assessing Damages, dealing with Surveyors for assessment etc.
