Abstract:

The world is undergoing significant transformations and changes fast and successive at all
economic levels, technical, political, social, cultural, led to the emergence of new concepts not
known before, such as globalization, which is the direct result of the inevitability of necessitated
by developments in the fields of transport and communication, which contributed to the open
markets, the liberalization of foreign trade and removing the impediments to the movement of
goods, services, capital and systems informatics. . The latter with which witnessed a significant
development during the last quarter of the last century it served as a platform for launching a
revolution knowledge management and techniques, which was hijacked attention of specialists
and threw may overshadow the world of business management now; where committed
contemporary management methods to develop and update their technology to face the forces
increasing competition and search for sources of knowledge, and induce cognitive balance
development of the Organization and employing them in all of its operations to keep pace with
this new management revolution or also called knowledge management.
This is the recent administrative-oriented organizations and inevitable, newly contemporary
under enormous developments in information technology for its cognitive values. However, the
matter is linked to the ability to exploit this information to create knowledge, storage and
distribution of the required and develop continuously to upgrade the performance of the
Organization and their role in society. This is what trying to research this Paper addressed
through main answer to the question:
To what extent can affect the management of knowledge on the effectiveness of
contemporary organizations?
