279*[(62.45*6.145)/(6477*1.62)] = 10.20 deg.

With LWL = 10m and dellenbaugh angle = 10.20 deg, the boat is considered as stiff as it is located
below the lower bound of the band shown in graph above.
To be less stiff, the GM value of the boat can be slightly reduced by increasing lightship VCG.
