    Research Questions

    According to research problem, since the population of female elderly in Malaysia


    is increasing and most of the older females are more prefer to do the store shopping
    compare to online shopping in Malaysia. Hence, this research is to study the older female
    human perspective towards online shopping in Malaysia based on qualitative research
    method.
