Describe the symptoms and possible causes for the following


disorders: phobic disorders, generalized anxiety disorder, panic
disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, somatoform disorders,
dissociative disorders, schizophrenic disorders, and mood
disorders.

Roughly 2.6.% of American adults which is about


6 million people have bipolar disorder acting to
NIMH. Bipolar is a type of mood disorder. Mood
disorder is one of the most misunderstood. Mood
swings are a major part in the bipolar disorder also
called manic depression. Roughly 25-50% of
people with mood disorder attempt suicide at least
once in there life.

John was has social phobia, which is one of the common anxiety disorder.
Anxiety disorder is the number on mental health problem among women around
the world and second only to alcohol and drug abuse among men. The fear that
happens during a an attack is so big that it often leads people to avoid social
situations. The fear is also unreasonable. The most common social phobia is
the fear os public speaking, other are meeting new people, taking to strangers,
using public toilets, or signing documents when people are watching them.
