by the Authorizing party).

s, b hn ch nng lc hnh vi dn s, mt tch hoc l cht (Authorizing party or
Authorized party is dead/has been declared by the Court as losing his/her civil act
capacity or having his/her civil act capacity restricted, missing or dead).

VI. Cc tha thun khc (nu c) (Other Agreements (if any))
1. Chng ti xin chu trch nhim trc php lut v mi cam kt, giao dch do Bn c u
quyn thay mt ti thc hin trong phm vi u quyn nu trn (We, hereby, commit to take
full responsibility for all commitments, transactions performed by the Authorized party
within the above scope of authorization);
2. Chng ti cam kt s thng bo vi BIDV trong trng hp c bt k s thay i no v
vic y quyn nu trn. Trng hp khng thng bo v vic thay i y quyn dn n
ti khon/ti sn gi b li dng, ti (ch ti khon/ti sn) s t chu trch nhim v hu
qu pht sinh do khng thng bo cho BIDV v cam kt khng khiu ni, khi kin BIDV
(We, hereby, commits to inform BIDV upon any change to the above authorization. If
Authorizing party does not inform BIDV on any change of the above authorization which
causes the illegal exploitation of the account(s)/assets, the Authorizing Party commits to
take full responsibility for any arising consequence due to such failure of not informing to
BIDV, and the Authorized party also commits not to complaint, nor initiate any lawsuit
against BIDV).

hiu lc thi hnh (If any provision or any part of this Power of attorney is invalid or
