ii. Gm bao nhiu phn? Mi phn noi v cai gi? ( 5 phn : phn 1
thng tin ngi khao sat; phn 2 thng tin v nhu cu, thoi
quen, s thoa man cua khac hang; phn 3 thng tin v san
phm; phn 4 thng tin v gia ca va khuyn mai; phn 5 y kin
thm cua ngi khao sat)
iii. Cn c survey lam da trn ngun nao ( ngun cua chi Nh)
2. Participants:
a. Khao sat trn bao nhiu ngi ? ( 390 ngi)
b. Ho la ai? Nhn vin vn phong va sinh vin.
c. Khu vc ( cng vin phn mm quang trung ( ghi ro ia chi))
3. Data analysis:
a. Phn tich survey da trn s lng khao sat ( tinh inh lng) ( tim
inh nghia v tinh inh lng, li ich cua no (y la lam bng cai nay thi
thng tin se chinh xac th nao)
b. Cng cu phn tich: descriptive statistic ( tim inh nghia va benefit nh
trn)
c. Phn mm phn tich Excel ( nu nguyn nhn va li ich cua vi c
dung phn mm nay)
