GYPSY SOUP

1 gal garbanzo beans, dry, pressure cook 1 1/2 hrs


8 c. carrots, diced
8 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. garlic
6 c. celery, chopped
8 c. green peas, frozen
1 #10 can diced tomatoes
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp - to taste! cayenne pepper
4 Tbsp paprika
4 Tbsp tumeric
4 Tbsp basil
2 Tbsp sea salt
1 c. tamari
1 c. rubber chicken

Cook beans, saute onions and celery. When translucent, add garlic to onions and
celery. Combine other ingredients, add to beans and simmer for an hour.
