Presenter agrees to furnish at own expense: Stage Requirements: Standard concert set-up (with shell, when possible). Proteus 7 will require one (1) stool or piano bench, fourteen (14) music stands and one (1) vibraphone. Lighting Requirements: Even overhead concert lighting is needed. Where possible, Proteus 7 will make lighting changes (reds and blues) throughout the performance. Sound Requirements: Proteus 7 will need one (1) microphone on a stand (with on-off switch, when possible) for speaking. Dressing Room Requirements: Adequate dressing room space for seven (7) men. Room(s) shall be well lit, heated or cooled as necessary, and be equipped with mirrors, tables, chairs and hanging racks or hooks for clothes. Restroom facilities, not shared with the audience, should be clean and properly equipped. Cold water/juice and glasses should be available backstage. When possible Proteus 7 would also greatly appreciate coffee, fresh sandwiches and/or fruit and veggies. Recordings for sale: Recordings will be made available at intermission and after the concert. The ensemble requests a table in the lobby for this purpose. Stagehand Requirements: Stagehands according to local requirements to include at least two (2) stagehands, on hand for rehearsal and performance, to operate sound and lights and generally assist backstage.
