State. ISIL warned those

their shops closed for three
days as a frst warning.

the mission of the center.
The center will register
the civil documents like
contracts and others. Al-
Daher assigned Mohamed
Nour Hamidi to manage
the center and start its
missions in Harem city in
Idlib countryside.
