I have gotten to know Jessica Montoya through the Project

C.A.R.E. Volunteer program. During the past several months, she has presented herself in
a very positive manner. Jessica has exhibited very responsible behavior and
professionalism. She was always on time and had excellent communication skills which will
take her far. It has been my pleasure to know Ms. Montoya and I would highly recommend
