Reproducing the Issue

Generate IBase using transaction IB_GEN and you will see the
error message.

Or

1. Go to SOLMAN_SETUP --> Basic Configuration --> Step 5.

Configure Automatically

2. Go to Activity: Create IBase Components for SMSY

Systems"

3. Please note that from SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP09, the
above activity has moved from Step 5 to new Step 7 with
name "Maintain Systems in IBase".
 4. Here you will see the below error message:

Cause

Business Partner of type 'Organisation' for the customer number

has not been created.

Resolution

You can generate IBase either manually or automatically.

How to create Manually?

1. In order to generate the IBase correctly please create a

Business Partner with type 'Organisation' for customer
number 'xxxxx'. Where 'xxxxx'is the customer number.

2. To assign the organization BP to the customer number it is

important to enter the customer number in the identification
area with category SP0001.

3. After creating the organization BP the message should no

longer occur.
 4. For more details, please check Note: 1144386: Runtime
error NO_BP w/ IBase generation

How to create Automatically?

1. Go to SMSY_SETUP

2. Go to Edit from top menu and select Expert Settings.

3. Set Flag "Generate Business Partners from OSS" to 'C'.

4. After that please run job

REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT again.
