A. A $400 Deposit due by May 1st & Final Payment due by June 16th
B. Executive Board and LTGs receive Reimbursement.
C. Governor is paid to go to attend ICON.

Governor Charvi Chhatwal proposes the idea of creating a Facebook group

chat for the Board.

To do List:
I. Fix Email Information and the Weebly page as soon as possible
II. Send things as a PDF to the Adult Team. Its Efficient as a result.
III. Board members also need to fill out a Monthly Report Form every month.
IV. Term of Office begins April 1st to March 31st
