IMPORTANT
1) Documents designated as RE (AFTER CEB's review) may be issued to site directly - however, they need to be stamped for construction
2) Documents designated as AP (AFTER CEB's review) are to be approved by CEB, resubmitted by CMEC as FC and approved as such by CEB again to beco
3) RE documents are basically given to site after CEB's review (site copies). Works covered under such RE documents are basically eligible to be implemented
4) Site copies are basically to be filed by and kept with the Site Document Controller. Contact him if you need site copies for the purpose of inspections / notes
5) IN / OUT of site copies will be recorded along with a signature by the site document controller
6) Documents available in the site office filing system are marked with "X" in the related column "Submitted to Site Office"
7) When you plan to use site copies on site then always check the relevant Comment Sheets and check actual document status and open issues before you a
8) Use the site copies to red-mark design changes and modifications agreed on site as the same site copies shall then be the basis to review the As-Built docu
