1. An experiment was carried out to investigate the population size of frog in two
different areas.
In the first visit, 20 frogs were captured from each place. Each frog was marked by
using water proof marker pen. All the frogs were released back to the place where
the frogs were captured. After three days, the group of students recaptured a number
of frogs. They counted the total number of frogs in the second capture. They also
counted the marked frogs in the second capture.
Satu eksperimen telah dijalankan untuk mengkaji saiz populasi katak di dua kawasan
berbeza.
Dalam lawatan pertama, pelajar telah menangkap sebanyak 20 ekor katak. Setiap
katak ditandai dengan pen penanda yang kalis air pada badannya. Semua katak
tersebut dilepaskan semula di tempat katak itu ditangkap. Selepas 3 hari , kumpulan
ini menangkap semula sebilangan katak di kedua-dua kawasan. Mereka mengira
jumlah katak dalam tangkapan kedua itu. Mereka juga mengira katak yang bertanda
yang ditangkap dalam tangkapan kedua.

2. Thalassemia is a common disease among Malaysian and government spent
millions of ringgit to treat the disease. Ministry of Health introduce a programme
where by encouraging pre-marital screening to reduce the number of people suffers
from thalassemia major.
