Attendant : (Answer the telephone in two to three rings) Good Morning! Thank you for
calling Francisco’s Restaurant ,this is Ana speaking, how may I help you?
Guest : I just want to inquire if you have a vacant table for reservation?
Attendant : May I know who’s on the line please?
Guest : I am Miss____________.
Attendant : Thank you Ma’am ___________, when would you like to have your reservation
Ma’am, the time and the number of person?
Guest : This afternoon at 6:00 pm and a table for 2 persons.
Attendant : Okay Ma’am, may I just checked for a minute the reservation log book about
your inquiry .
Guest : Okay!
Attendant : Thank you for waiting Ma’am ,we still have a vacant table available for two
persons from 5 pm to 8 pm, would you like to have a reservation Ma’am?
Guest : Yes!
Attendant : Ma’am ____________ , may I know your full name and your contact number?
Guest : My full name is ______________ and my contact number is _______________.
Attendant : Thank you Ma’am, when would you like to have your reservation Ma’am?
Guest : Just the same. This evening at 6 pm and a table for two persons.
