If you’re in the alternative health industry as a healer, practitioner or coach then you were
likely taught to work with 1 client at a time. We were likely NOT taught how to take your
professional education and turn it into a group program that could serve 100’s or even
1000’s of people at the same time.
That means that you were taught a model that had you trading hours for dollars. You only
get paid when the client shows up AND since you can only see one client per hour your
earning potential is capped.
Now I’m not saying that you shouldn’t work 1:1 with clients -- what I am saying that is that IF
you want to build a health/transformation business that you can…

just built a business around yourself and your time which means that in order to grow the

Believe it or not, having a signature group program will give you the ability to grow your
business faster than you ever thought possible AND have deep impact WITHOUT feeling like
you’re trapped inside of your business.
There is no shame in wanting to make boatloads of money so that you can create the life of
your dreams. You deserve to enjoy the wealth and abundance that comes when you
transform lives.
In order words, it’s a well thought out and well planned out methodology that delivers a
specific outcome that you become know for -- your methodology gives you your expert level
status.
In order to create a methodology that delivers results you must know the specific
transformation you want to achieve for your clients.
And you can only know the specific transformation you want to achieve for your clients
when you have a clearly defined ideal client and know the problem they want solved the
most.

Once you know those things you can then brainstorm the steps that the client must learn
and do in order to get the transformation.
Therefore it doesn’t matter if you offer a 6, or 12-week 1:1 client package or a 6, or 12-week
group coaching program or both at different price points -- ALL clients go through the
signature group program methodology because it’s the transformation they are buying into.
You don’t have one methodology for 1:1 service package clients and another for group
coaching clients -- that would be weird.
ALL clients go through the same methodology. The only thing that changes are the features
of that program based on whatever program package they’ve invested in.
Think of this way… in order to get your clients the success they desire (and that you promise)
there are a set of sequential things they need to learn and do in order to get to the
transformation, whether they work with your privately or in a group.
If they skip steps, miss a couple or do them out of order they will likely end up no better than
when they started or they’ll end up worse off in some cases. This is what makes you the
expert and this is what makes you different than everyone else…
… your methodology.
So if you don’t have a methodology that you put all of your clients through -- what then are
you doing with them?
How can you track what works and what doesn’t for your clients if everyone is doing different
things?
How can you train someone else to support your clients so that you can take two weeks off if
everytime you work with a client you produce a different program?
How can you train coaches to support your clients inside your growing Facebook group so
that you don’t have to be in there all of the time if the clients are all doing a different
program?

Having a signature group program based around your methodology is a whole NEW WAY of
thinking about your business, I know. Except that running your business any other way
doesn't make sense anymore nor does it equal success.
I get this concept can be a bit of a challenge to wrap your head around IF your profession
requires you to lay hands on people or if you are licensed and are bound by your regulations.
Almost everything that you’ll be including in your methodology (which makes up your
signature program) is found in the public domain. You will not be providing personalized
recommendations and the clients you do have will get a very clear disclaimer stating that
the program is for educational purposes only.
The signature program is a support to work you are already doing with them or will do in the
future.
If a client wants to work with you so they can get personalized recommendations that can
happen in different (higher level) program.
Think of the signature program as the foundational methodology that clients go through.
This is how anyone with any designation can offer a signature program based on a
supportive methodology.

Here are some examples for licensed practitioners:
Think of something you are always teaching/talking about to your patients/clients that
provide them with added relief and/or benefit after their session with you. This education is
usually something that you’re repeating over and over again that YOU don’t necessarily have
to teach on an individual basis.
Maybe it’s some type of stretching. Maybe it’s some type of meditation or breathing
technique or some type of diet with exercise routine. Maybe it’s how to go gluten-free or
how to use essential oils. Topics that you want to dive deeper into with your clients in order
to get them better results but you just don’t have the time.
The best part is… once this program is set up, 99% of the work is done. It’s now on autopilot.
Think of a specific problem you are solving for your clients. What is the transformation you
are promising? What is the specific result the client will get after they work with you?
You have a different opportunity because you aren’t not legally required to see your client in
person and depending on your geographic location and designation you can provide more
in depth, more personalized recommendations.
Think of the outcome you want to provide and then reverse engineer the steps your clients
would need to take in order to achieve that outcome.
This could be a weight loss program using a high fat, low carb methodology or a leaky gut
program or a fertility program. Your program would likely be based on lifestyle, food or
fitness recommendations versus supplements, testing and in depth protocols like the
licensed practitioners would run in person with their clients.

The 4 Components Of A Signature Program That Sells
A big mistake I see is health professionals trying to sell meal plans, recipes, follow along
videos, a Facebook group and coaching calls. Those things are the ingredients that fall under
the components -- yes, you need education and action tasks but those things are NOT going
to sell your program for you.
I’ll break down the exact formula for creating a signature group program below but first let’s
go through the 4 components of a signature program that sells.
Education
• What is the root cause
• What is right and wrong (truth and lies)
• Individual steps / lessons
• What are they doing in each step and why it’s important
Action
• Action steps to take in each step
Accountability
• Specific strategies to keep the client on track and in action
Community
• Intentionally creating and nurturing community

The Signature Program Creation Framework
Now we are the good part -- this is where you get to create the content for your signature,
group program. This is where you learn what education and action tasks to give them and in
what order so that you can create your own signature program.
Now that you understand how to create a signature program, let’s go through how to
transition your 1-off and 1:1 clients to using your signature program and methodology.
The thing is… all (or most of) your clients should go through your signature program and
methodology. There is no need to have multiple service offers where you do one thing with
your private clients and another thing with your group clients. That’s crazy… and so draining.

their bodies, their lives and their homes without spending thousands of dollars on organic
products.

lean out without doing cardio or dieting.
As you can see from those three examples, every single client is going through the exact same
signature program and methodology. What changes are the components that are included.

This is how a scalable business is setup. One signature program, one methodology offered in a
variety of ways. Not multiple programs with multiple offers.
