At the end of the day, your clients are hiring YOU because YOU have something that THEY
want.
You have created BEFORE and AFTER transformations in your own life, or in your past
experiences, that your future clients will want to repeat.
This should be crystal clear in everything you do and how you present yourself.
If you’re selling a product saying that you can solve a problem, but it’s not aware in what you
say and do when you appear online that you are a reflection of the end result, then you will see
that you will not attract the clients.
People want proof. Be the living, breathing PROOF of what you have created, and your dream
clients will be so naturally attracted to you, knowing that you can do the same for them.
Here are some examples of “afters” that typically easily attract ideal clients:
● Created a dream relationship and attracted the perfect mate
● Overcame a huge health transformation
● Lost a significant amount of weight
● Was able to create a significant increase in income
● Able to grow a substantial following on a social media platform
● Was able to put together a gorgeous event

What is YOUR ‘after’ that your ideal clients wish to achieve? This will encompass who you help
and how you help them.
For example: I help busy women plan upscale events, so they can focus on what matters.

Crafting Your Origin Story
People purchase from those who they know, like and trust. If people feel like they know you,
you will dramatically increase how much business you end up attracting.
It’s simple. There’s only way you can get money in your business, and that’s from other people.
You have to be in front of them, sharing your knowledge and showing up for them to even
know your products and services enough to purchase from you.
You have to have a real focus on getting yourself and your mission in front of a great deal of
people. Your personal story is the perfect way to grab the attention of your dream clients.
Time and time again, people say they work with me because of my story.
Humans are hardwired to tune in and listen as soon as someone starts telling a story. Plan and
curate your unique story that you can share online, in the media, and at networking events to
have the ears of your dream clients perk up!
Creating Your Story
First time crafting your story?
The reason why your dream clients will be attracted to you? Because you have a unique story.
Today, we’re going to help you craft your “Origin Story” the reason you started, and how you got to
where you are today, where you inspire so many!
You have overcome something that not many other people have.
Thank back to your life. What is something that you have overcome?
Have you overcome bullying? Maybe you had a huge Health transformation. Maybe you have grown
your confidence to a certain level that has allowed you to create incredible opportunities in your
life. Maybe you're a master at negotiating. Maybe you're great at connecting people or running
events.
No matter what you have overcome, I can guarantee you that there is somebody out there that
wants to learn how you did it. Somebody out there who is struggling, feeling alone, wondering
what the steps are. They need somebody like you to step out of the shadows and show up to help
them achieve their goal.
And if it is something that they need strong enough date will be willing to pay big bucks to make it
happen. Do not necessarily worry if you haven't ever seen anyone else selling this before.
It could be that there's not many people in the market who are competing for this. On the flip side
don't worry if you see this sort of service being sold hundreds of times a day. Competition is a good
thing because it means that there is already a market for your product or service. All you need to
remember is that the way that you were going to approach selling your product or service is going
to be completely unique to you. It's going to be completely special. And because of this you're going
to connect to your audience and in a new and authentic way
So what is something that you've done that is completely life-altering? Something that you're
passionate about talking about, and you may even help people in your life with.
Thank back to this and if it's something that you wished that there had been step by step tutorial on
how to overcome it then you can guarantee that there's somebody out there who is your dream
client.
What is your unique angle?
Use the space here to write out what is unique about you. What is your unique story or unique
outcome and transformation that you can create. This is going to be a clue to what product or
service it you will eventually provide.

So whatever this unique obstacle is that you had overcome - I want you to write down what you did
to overcome it. get specific and write down any research that you did, any books that you read, and
the experiences that you had to endure, and try and map it out in a step-by-step way that you
could easily explain to someone else. Understanding this will also come in handy whilst creating
your products.
Here’s a simple way to break it down.
PART 1:
Who you are and what you do.
Hey! I’m [YOUR NAME] and I’m a [YOUR TITLE] that helps [YOUR IDEAL CLIENT] [CREATE
INCREDIBLE TRANSFORMATION IN THEIR LIFE]
PART 2:
Your low point + origin story
If someone is going to work with you, they have to understand WHY you are the right person
to help them instead of all the other competition out there. AND the BEST way to connect is to
relate.
If they can see that you ONCE were where currently are, it will make it easy for them to see
that you are the best person to help them.
Don’t be afraid to be vulnerable and be real. It’s when you take the first step and share
something personal about yourself, than your target client will feel comfortable to share
something about themselves too.
Keep in mind, the part of your story that you divulge here are going to be the same people that
you attract.
If you say “I used to be shy, and found it hard to put myself out there” you are going to attract
people who feel just that. If you say “I struggled with eating disorders that wrecked and
ravaged my life, and ruined my relationships” you are going to attract those people.
Ensure that you use this part of your story to share the part of your story that’s REAL but also
sets you up to work with the type of person you wish to work with.
[SIDE NOTE: To make your life easier, you will find it much easier to attract clients into your
business who are aware that they have an issue and are seeking out an issue. You don’t want to
have to convince people that A. they have a problem and B. that you can help them fix it. You
want to connect with people who are already seeking out the solution so that you simply can
just assure them that you are the right solution.
PART 3:
How You Overcame and Your WHY
As the famous Simon Sinek says “People don’t buy WHAT you do, they buy WHY you do it”.
What is your why? Well, it aligns with the low point of your story. You were in the trenches and
you KNEW how confusing it was to try to figure it all out on your own. You KNEW that there
was more people suffering and you felt 100% compelled to share what you overcame in order
to help people live their best life.
This is why you’re so passionate about helping [your dream client] really change [ the issue
they are trying to overcome] in their lives so that they can [insert the end goal that you will
help them achieve]
As we move forward, you will be refining this story, but this is an excellent place for you to
begin!

showing up for them and leading them to the success you have achieved in your life

want in your life real. This is important and this is how you will manifest exactly what you
want. Imagine it as real and become emotionally connected and tied to that amazing outcome.

Some questions you’ll want to have in mind as you craft your ideal client:
● Is this person the type of person who will invest in finding a solution to their problem?
● Do they have the income to invest in their solution?
● Do they recognize they have a problem, and are looking for a solution, or will you be
working really hard to convince them that they have a problem before being able to offer
your solution. You may benefit from focusing on a client who has already tried other
solutions that have not worked, so you know that yours will.
● Is this the type of person you want to work with? Will you be excited to hop on calls with
them?
So you might have an idea of who you want to help, but is it crystal clear?
When you have a CRYSTAL clear picture of the person you want to help, you will begin to attract
your dream clients at lightning speed. The reason? Because you know how to connect with them,
you know how to speak to them, you know what they’re going through, and you know EXACTLY
what to say and how to say it to appeal to their emotions and help them see that YOU have the
product that they need.
The beauty is, you can create your ideal client that you want to work with in your mind, and when
you put it out there that this is the kind of woman you want to work with, those people will appear,
feeling confident that you will have the right solution for them.
Create Your Ideal Client Avatar
The secret of creating a real connection with your audience is by having in mind a clear-idea of your
target client. Not a loose demographic. Not just knowing that she is aged somewhere between 25-45, but
have a REAL person in your mind that you wish to serve.
When you know exactly who you wish to serve, you can connect to them in such a way that every time
you put out a piece of content, your ideal client says “I feel like you’re speaking right to me”.
Every time I post on social media, I get an influx of women saying “Thank you so much for posting this.”
This is because I’m speaking right to ‘my people’ (lol)
I am saying things that the women I wish to help needs to hear. When you know who you’re helping, and
you can speak to them directly, you can help them in a much more powerful way.
Lose the thought that when you’re focusing on one person, you’ll leave people out. Instead, tune into
where your TRUEST power rests, and where you feel like you’ll be the most powerful and most enjoy
the work you do. It is your purpose to do this, which comes naturally to you, and which gives you most
fulfillment.
Create a personality for your target avatar. Grab a picture of who this person might be and give
them a name.
Think of them whenever you create content or products, and think of if you are creating content
and products that will truly help them.
Add yourself to facebook groups that your ideal client would be in, and take some time to look
through the conversations that are happening in the group.
What are people responding too? Create a post saying you’re creating a package for [YOUR
TARGET CLIENT] and you’d like insight into what can truly people and help people’s lives.

Have someone in your life who you THINK fits your profile for the ideal client? Take them out for
lunch or coffee.
What you don’t want to do here is announce your product, because you may lead them to a specific
answer. Instead, ask open ended questions related to their life, their pain points, their goals, and
see what is important to them. Try to find out problems that they are trying to solve in their lives,
and think about if you and your skill set can help with these. This is the perfect opportunity to also
see if you enjoy working with this type of client.

Offer a FREE call.
Know you have incredible knowledge, but want to hear from your ideal client in order to really
niche down and get their feedback, extremely valuable insight into their needs and wants?

Give some value on these calls, and offer some advice to thank the person on the other end for
helping you. If they enjoy your advice and feedback and they feel like you’re someone who can help

TAKE ACTION. There is no failure, only feedback. The ones who make it are the ones who dive in,

Identifying Your A.B.C.D.E of your Dream Client
In this section, we are going to create 5 different things you need to KNOW and always remember
about your dream client. They are essential.
You’ll be taking these components, and tucking them into the templates I give you later in order to
create some bomb-copy to attract and connect with your ideal client.
What are her BIGGEST hopes and dreams. What are her goals?
These should also align to what you have accomplished already as you are the one who is going to
position yourself to help her.
Knowing THESE pain points and outcomes are the MAJOR key in making your sales pages, and
sales calls effective. THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE PROCESS.
When someone is purchasing your products and services, they want to be 100% sure that the
program is catered to them and their needs. Doing this essential groundwork is the difference
between your customer saying ‘blah’ or “How did you know EXACTLY what I need?!”
I believe in you, and I KNOW you can help create massive change in people’s lives. I’m thrilled to

At this part in our journey, you know exactly how you can make an impact on people’s lives, and
how your ideal target client wishes to be helped so that they can achieve their goals. Your package
or program is something you can create to intersect these two.
From my experience, being more specific with what you help people with is better. Your target
client doesn’t know what you offer unless you tell them.
It is your job to show up and share what you offer, how it’s important in their lives, how it will help
them and why they need it.
We’re going to create a package that you’re SO excited about, that you want to talk about it every
day. Why? Because the only way that it will sell is if you talk about it and put it into people’s hands.
Get really comfortable with knowing what your gifts are, being CONFIDENT about how you can
help people, and putting your amazing products and services into people’s hands.
Essentially people will want the following things in one capacity or another:
Something that:
Helps them make more money
Makes them lose weight or look more beautiful
Something that improves their love life
Something that can make their life drastically easier
These are the major areas where people are making purchases.
If you want to create a product that sells, you can create whichever product you want, so long as
your purchaser can see that it will help them achieve one of these goals, you’ll be able to drastically
increase the potential that people see the need for this product.
You need to be specific, and you need to help the purchaser see that YOU are the right one to help
with this.
And through your research you have likely found trends, what are some of the trends in what
people are looking for help with:

THIS is what your package is going to help people with! CONGRATULATIONS!!! This is a HUGE step that
you’ve made this decision.
This is the one thing you’re going to stick to in crafting this package. SO-STAY-ON-TRACK.
I KNOW you’re good at a lot of things, and you want to show them all off, but you need to be able to help
people with ONE transformation, and help them see how you do it, and by having a package that
specializes, you’ll help your clients trust that you have done the research to create the transformation
rather than being all like “I can help you with EVERYTHING”
Now, you have to think about the starting point of your ideal client (their before) and the transformation
you will help them with (their after)
Your job in this package is to support, empower, and give the tools to help them transform from the
“before” to the “after” in a step by step plan that you have created for them.
Write out the important things that ideal client would need to get from the “before” to the “after”
Brainstorm below all the things that someone would need to do to get from their ‘before’ to their ‘after’.

Create trainings that helped you reach your goal that offer great value so that they establish you as an
expert. You need to be consistent in your communication. You need show up in a certain way. Create
trainings that offer incredible value and really support, motivate and help your client reach their goal.
For each “Session” map out exactly what you will cover in each session in a notepad. Create an outline
of each. Get REALLY excited about what you’re going to offer and help your clients with.

Now you need to think about how this content will be delivered.
Will it be:
● Solely 1:1 phone sessions? An In-person service? How long will the sessions be? 60 minutes? 90
minutes? 45 minutes?
● Offered alongside unlimited emails in between sessions?
● Will there be guides, or checklists to accompany it?
● Will there be video content or audio content to accompany it?
Think about what you will offer to embellish the package, and give your new clients an incredible
experience.
Craft Your Package With High-Level Fees
I used to work in retail, and I noticed, that people rarely bought simply because of a NEED, they
bought because of a feeling.
The place that I worked sold items that were at a higher price point. There was less expensive
options to buy very similar items down the hallway of the mall, but women came in in DROVES to
purchase these premium quality products at premium prices.
WHY. Not because they NEEDED it. It wasn’t the end of the world if they didn’t have another silk
blouse hanging in their closets, heck, they more than likely had a closet FULL of silk blouses.
They bought because of a FEELING. I feel like I should get this. I feel like I’ll have the best time
sashaying around the party in this beautiful dress. I feel like the silk is so much nicer on my skin
rather than polyester. I feel like if anyone asks me where I got my top, and I can say this premium
brand, instead of saying the discount competitor, I will feel so much better about myself and the
premium personal brand I am creating for myself.
How amazing could you be if you created a product that people NEEDED and helped them remove
any guilt around indulging in themselves by creating something that ‘felt’ good to buy as well?
Your job, as an entrepreneur, is creating a FEELING for your clientele. People WILL purchase
high-ticket products from you because of a feeling, and they will feel BETTER about purchasing a
more expensive option if they are looking for a premium solution to their problem.
There are customers + clients at every price point. You get to decide which price point.
Consider what YOUR income goals are, and how much time you have to service a client, and
then create a package out of that.
If your income goal is 10K a month: You can price your product at 2K and sell 5
Remember, the more comfortable you get at providing results the more you can get yourself
out there and raise your prices.
Don’t be shy about your price increases, publishing your price increases is a great way to
create a sense of urgency and create a spike of sign ups.

Don’t worry what other people are doing. Choose a price point that you feel GOOD about. Remember
when someone chooses to work with you, they are not just getting the hour long phone call with you.
They are also getting a LIFE of a changed perspective, and incredible tools that you will give them that
will help them create a huge change in their life.
What Costs Need To Be Considered When Creating Your Pricing?
Did you know that when you walk into a retail store, and you purchase your new t-shirt for $90 that is
not the true cost of the shirt.
TBH the shirt probably cost less than $3.oo for the retail store. But as a business, they have many other
costs that need to be covered in their business to keep it operating successfully.
Ads, Marketing, Staff, Accounting, Packaging, Branding, Operating Costs, A Place To Set Up Their
Business.
PLUS: As a business owner, you’ll likely have to set aside anywhere from 20%- 30% aside for taxes. That is
money that you will not even keep. So make sure you are considering all these things, and pricing yourself so
that you can create a flourishing business.
YOU are a business owner too, and you have ALL these cost as well. You need an office to work out of,
marketing costs time and money, your website costs money to run, and you wish to hire an assistant. All
these things need to be considered in the costs of bringing your incredible products to your customers.
Think about what price point you will feel HAPPY to charge, and excited to work with the people who
you are working with. Think about all of your knowledge, expertise that you are bringing to the table.

Creating Your Welcome Package
Create a welcome package. This will come in handy for you later during the selling stage, and
it is a great way to help your clients prep for their first session with you so they are more
focused and prepared for their new life.
People LOVE immediate gratification, so when your new clients know they are going to receive
an incredible package to help them prep for their first call with you, or the initial work you will
be doing with them, they will be motivated to purchase, and get started working with you.
Your welcome package can be a PDF guide, or even a training video or audio that helps your
new clients get ready and prepared for working with you!
It could be a list of self-discovery questions that the client should ask themselves before
beginning with you, a list of goals that they want to accomplish, things they should research,
and so on.
You can create this in a tool like Canva. Have fun with it!

Setting Your Goals and Creating Your Plan of Action
Now that you know WHO you are, HOW you will serve and WHAT you will offer, it’s important for you to
set a clear and concise goal of what you ARE GOING TO achieve.
The chapter on Mindset, establishing yourself as a leader and confidence was not just for you to read
and forget about. I want you to take these lessons and work them into your everyday routines. Your
mindset WILL determine your success. Make no doubt about it. Your mindset will help you see the goals
you are accomplishing as real and ready to happen. You need to believe 100% that you can do this. If you
believe 100% and take the action necessary and consistently, you will see the result.
In life and and in business, you get in what you put out. Write down this goal, concentrate on it every
day, and know that when you focus on the end goal the things you need to make it happen will easily
attract themselves into your life.
BE AWARE of when you are doing ‘busy work’ or if you are focusing on money generating activities that
will make a difference in your business. Referring to your finance tracker daily, you should be tracking
your sales every day to ensure you are on track to make your monthly income goal. Money-making
activities (which we will cover soon) MUST be part of your routine every day.
There’s a reason that EVERY major company in the world has a sales team. SALES IS THE LIFEBLOOD
of your business. And babe, as a start up- YOU ARE YOUR SALES TEAM.

Be Ready To Accept Your New Clients
Take this goal, and focus on it for 15 minutes 2x a day. Imagine people reading your
sales page and loving it. Think about it when you wake up, and when you go to bed.
Feel REALLY good about it and close your eyes visualizing and feeling like it’s already
real. Close your eyes and open your mind, using your imagination so powerfully that it
already feels like it’s yours. Know that it’s coming to you.
Go through your website, and make sure that you have everything you need to accept
your clients and be 100% ready when they show up. You would be surprised how many
people miss this step.
Make sure you have a method to accept payments, that your packages and offers are
displayed on your sales page, and that you have all the contracts, forms, materials and
everything you need to exceed your customer expectations.
Of course, if we want to make some money (which I bet you do) from this, we need to
set up a way for us to take money from our lovely clients.

If you want to create additional content for your clients to improve their customer
experience, here are some of my favorite tools for creating additional PDFs, videos,

The tools we have in our hands now are WAY better than the state of the art tools from
10 years ago, so don’t let saving up for a new DSLR slow you down or hold you back.

When your video content is ready to go, you can upload it online.
For this program, I’m using Google Docs and I simply “Download it as a PDF”
I also often use “Canva” to design pretty PDFs and workbooks.
Here’s where prepping your content and outlines beforehand comes in handy. At this
point when you are creating your video content, you should already know what each
video will be about, and the objective of each. It’s okay to have outlines, but I would
vote against scripting entirely. People can SOOO see when you have a line by line
script, and it’s way better when you speak from the heart.

Creating Your Sales Page
Creating a sales page for your products allows you to sell your products and services
on autopilot. People can learn more about what you do, and how you help them,
without you even needed to be there. I’ve sold multi-thousand dollar products from a
sales page.
The key thing to remember is, when you write a sales page it is:
● About the client, not you
● About the transformation, not the product
● You should BELIEVE in your product 1000% and be excited about it, if you
expect someone else to be as well.
Now that you KNOW your products, and services, it’s time to get a sales page UP.
Although it’s great to tell people about what you have to offer, it’s essential to also have
a page that you can direct people to. The power of the internet is there is the
opportunity for people that you might never have to chance to speak to one-on-one
find your sales page and reach out wanting to work with you! I’ve had clients attracted
to me from almost every continent, and it is because I shared my message far and
wide.

Now that you know what your sales page should have, this is what you need within
each:
A bold headline
Start with a BOLD HEADLINE. Think about the outcome that you will give your clients.
A bold outline for a coaching package that helps people lose weight could be:
“Lose 30 pounds in 60 days”
A bold outline for a coach who helps people create freedom-based businesses could
be:
“Create the freedom in your life you deserve, and a business that you love”
A call out to who your offer is for:
In this section, you let the person who you know that your product will be perfect for
know that you are talking directly to them. You can do this by creating a list of
jot-notes that call them out.
You can do things like:
• Asking a question about how they currently feel
• Asking a question about what is going on in their life
• Calling out the type of person who they are
• Calling out the type of person who wants to achieve a certain goal
For example, you could ask:
Are you wishing that there was an easier way to make money doing work you love?
Do you wish that there was a way that you could hit your income goals while doing
work you love?
Do you wish feel like you hold yourself back from opportunities you want because of
fear?
The solution
The solution is what your dream clients need in order to see the change in their lives.
If they are someone who holds themselves back from opportunities because of fear,
then the solution is resetting their mindset and becoming the most empowered self. If
the struggle is binge-eating, then the solution you offer may be approaching food in a
whole new way, forgiving themselves, and seeing food as a friend.
Here is a great place to share your personal story of how you were in that “before”
state, the struggle, the hardships, and what you’ve since done to get to the “after”.
Share how passionate you are about helping more people live their best life and get to
the “after” state too.
Your offer
Now you can share the MOST EXCITING part. Your offer.
Remember, your clients are not purchasing a PRODUCT they are purchasing a
transformation. They are signing up so that they can move easier to the “after” state
that they wish to achieve.
Break down your offer into sections that explain your incredible program, and how
it helps people.
You can do this with ‘so you can” and “so that” statements. By adding these, people will
see how what you offer will help them in their lives and how the offer you create wil
help them with their transformation.
So, when you’re writing your offer, put in the different sessions or steps and title
them.
For example:
Week 1: Action-Setting For Achieving Your Biggest Goals
And then you want to explain what this session will. You can do this with a few
sentences and/ or jot-notes. (I personally prefer jot notes)
Week 1: Action-Setting For Achieving Your Biggest Goals
In this session, you will get laser focused on what you want to bring into reality, and
create a crystal clear pathway to get there. We will use proven methods to map out the
quickest path to achieve your goals.

daily to help you creative massive changes in your life and business
● Align yourself with your highest purpose so you are working on projects that

Do this for every section of your offer/package. REMEMBER. People do not know
what you offer until you tell them, People will not buy unless you ASK them. On the
internet, you have to be very intentional and deliberate. DO you want people to share
your video? ASK THEM. Do you want people to know what you have on offer. TELL
THEM. Do you want people to be excited enough to purchase? MAKE THEM
EXCITED- GET EXCITED YOURSELF!
Everything that you do has an impact. Everything that you do not do will create that
lack of impact.
Share exactly who it is for
In this section, you share who your product is for. That way, people who are your
perfect target client know that your product is the perfect fit for them, and you are
providing an offer of service that they truly need. You can state this point-blank.
Here are some examples of what you can add:
This is for you if:

You are ready to [CREATE THIS CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE]
You are [DESCRIBE TARGET CLIENT] who wants to create [GOAL]

If someone has read this far down your sales page, they are INTERESTED.
Trust me. People do not read sales pages of products they are not interested in buying.
I can promise you, you do not see me regularly reading sales pages for football
courses, lawn mowers, or vacations to cold places.
NOT-MY-THING.
Those things do not interest me in the slightest, and therefore, they’re not on my
mind.
So if someone has read this far down your sale page, this is likely a product they
they’re really interested in, and they feel like they need.
This is a great opportunity to build trust by introducing yourself, and sharing who you
are, and why you’re so passionate about helping them. This section also shows people
why you’re the best person to walk them through this transformation.
BONUS* Try installing a program like Livechat on your website/sale page that will
allow you to talk to people as they scroll through your page and answer their
questions. This is a great way to show people how incredible your customer service
is, how much you care, and answer any objections they have.

Often, there will be common questions that people ask before they invest and make a
purchase. Having a FAQ question will be the perfect place to answer these questions,
and help your perfect client further decide if it’s right for them. This is the perfect
place to answer objections before they come up!

How long does the program last?
What is included?
Is there a payment plan?

Think of some common questions that might come up when someone is ready to
purchase. You can constantly update this as new ideas for FAQ come up!
Share Testimonials
This is SO important. People want to see other people’s results that you can help them
create. Reach out to past clients, and past people who you have helped who have seen
massive results and ask if you can display a testimonial on your sales page with their
feedback on your program and services.

Lead magnets do well when they can solve a specific problem, or help with one specific
thing. What can you help your target client with today?
For example, if you were a productivity coach, your offering could be: Your daily
checklist to get more things done in less time.
If you were a health coach, your freebie could be: 5 foods that will help you lose 5
pounds in 1 week.
Make it specific and actionable. If your readers get an incredible outcome from what
you have to offer they will look to YOU as the person who knows that she’s talking
about. Show up, be high energy, get excited about your topic!
Choose The Topic Of Your Freebie
Your freebie is what is going to help you fill your email list with the right people. You
need to then make sure that whatever your freebie is about is something that your
target audience will find helpful and useful.
If you think about your main offer, your FREEBIE can solve 10% of the problem that
your full-course or program solves. If it’s not solving a problem that is related to your
offer, or would be helpful to your target client and is aligned to your offer, then it’s not
the right freebie.
For example: If your MAIN offer is “How To Become A Master Manifestor and Attract
Ultimate Wealth + Abundance” your freebie could be “Free Download: Meditation to
Raise Your Vibration”
Below I’ll show you how to create a PDF guide kind of freebie and a video freebie.
Choose one, you do not need both to get started.
How To: Create a PDF guide freebie
Creating a free guide that your target client can download and use in their life to
quickly reach their goals is a great way to offer great value while building your list.
There are many great design tools online like Canva that will help you quickly and
easily design a gorgeous freebie that aligns to your brand.
Here’s the outline for your freebie:
1. Front Page • Make a nice cover to show what the guide will be about
2. An Introduction To You • Share Your Personal “Origin story” that shows how you
have achieve the result that your dream clients with to accomplish. Include your
picture on this page so that your new client knows your face. A face is much more
memorable than a logo.
3. The Content • Have a couple pages that have the content or training you have
promised
4. Call To Action • Put a button so that you can offer that they take the next step. It
could be to purchase a product you sell, or set up a free discovery call with you for
more help on the topic of choice.

I’ll often create my freebie using Canva- It’s a simple + free tool to create beautiful pdfs + guides.
How To: Create a video training freebie
Note: PLEASE do not stress over making it ‘perfect’ instead, focus on speaking right
from heart to the person you want to connect to. Don’t make it about you, make it
about the person you want to help.
You can create a video training using your iphone in landscape, or with a professional
camera. This is the one I love + use. Remember, be HIGH energy when you’re creating
video. The camera takes away 50% of your energy, so have fun with it. Make sure you
look RIGHT at the lens of the camera when you film so the viewer feels like you are
making eye contact (side note: this UPs oxycontin in their brains and helps them to
better create a connection and relationship with you!) It also helps you seem like you
are taking charge and confident enough to lead this training. When someone has eye
contact with you, it establishes trust.
Here’s an outline that you can follow to create your videos:
1. Hook • Tell them the exciting thing you’re going to talk about in the video
2. Why They Should Listen To The End • Why it’s important in their life to know this
piece of information and how it will help them
3. About You • Now that you have their attention, share who you are and what you do.
This is a great place for you to share your origin story
4. Share Your Content • Share the important training that you want to share, this is
easy if you break it down into 3 steps
5. Call to action • Ask them for what you want. Is it sign up for a course? Have a free
call with you?
6. End on a high note • Cheer them on on their journey, share that you believe in them.
Let them know you’ve been where they are and it IS possible that it will get better. Get
on their team.
When your video is all done, you can embed it on a special page where you will send
everyone who has signed up for your freebie.

Craft Your Landing Page
Now, you’ll need to create a landing page. You’ll be using your landing page to help
people sign up for your email list.
You’ll can create a landing page with a tool like Thrive Themes (if you have a
wordpress website and you would like your landing page right on your site) or with
Leadpages.
You’ll using your landing page to send traffic to it which will help you grow your email
list.
The main components you’ll need on your landing page are:
1. The Title Of Your Freebie • Have a really exciting name of the freebie that shows
people why they should sign up for it.
2. A subtitle • A sentence or 2 that shares what the person will get out of downloading
and using the freebie/lead magnet
3. Jot Notes • Use 3 jot notes that show the person why this freebie is so valuable. It
should say how exciting the freebie is, what format the freebie is (video, checklist,
guide) and the outcome they can expect from it.
4. Image of what they get • Use a mockup of your freebie so the viewer can see a
preview of the freebie. Here is an example of a landing page that I use.
5. Opt-In Box • OBVIOUSLY there has to be a way that someone can go from being on
your landing page to giving you their email + name

Once your landing page is all set up, make sure you set it up and connect it to your
email marketing tool. When I first started, I used mailchimp, which was a great option
to get me started. When I decided to have more options for automation, I started using
activecampaign. Choose one now that fits your budget :)
It’s very important that you remember this part. When you set up your landing page,
you need to integrate it into your email marketing software.
Meaning, have it set up so that when someone signs up on your landing page, they
are instantly added to your email list. Once you have set it up, test to make sure it all
works together.
Set Up Your Calendar Link
At this point, it’s a great idea to set up your calendar link. This will allow you to create
an intake for potential clients to book a ‘discovery call’ (more on this in the ‘sales’
section of the course) and also for when you sign up your first clients, they can book
their next calls.
Having an automated system to help you book in your sales calls is going to be a HUGE
lifesaver, as you can depend on the program to work times into your schedule, instead
of feeling like a receptionist for your own business when calls start to pick up. This
will come in handy as you gain more and more calls.
A easy, and popular place to create your own calendar link is with Calendly.com
You can have it synced up to your own Google Calendar to help you avoid
double-booking yourself.
This way, if you are promoting in facebook groups, or someone creeps you somehow,
they can discover your facebook business page.
Ensure your business page is, ‘ready for business’ Make it look amazing and as
high-standard as you would like your brand to be perceived.
You can create a custom banner using Canva. I created a custom banner that aligns to
my free offer
Post your freebie as a post on your facebook and ‘pin’ it to the top, so anyone who
comes to your list can sign up for your free offer!
Ads
Once you have created a functional sales funnel, ads are a great way to scale up your
efforts. You can use ads to send traffic to your email list, through your landing page,
and then send emails inviting your target client to sign up for a discovery call with you.
Below you will find samples of what to post on your social media platforms to attract
your ideal clients.
Your Blog
My blog has proven to be an incredible place for me to attract new signups to my email
list, and new clients to my products and services.
Every time you write a blog post, make sure that you write the blog post as you are
writing it to the client who you wish to work with.
Write your blog posts in a way that you are giving INCREDIBLE value, education, and
establishing yourself as the ultimate expert in your space.
At the end of your blog posts, make sure to invite your readers to take the next step.
You will either invite them to sign up for a free consultation call with you (citing the
benefits of doing so) or signing up to get your freebie offer (and share the benefits of
signing up for your free offer)
Overdeliver
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then is not an act but a habit.” - Aristotle
Want your brand and business just spread like wildfire? The key to that is to over-deliver.
Offer an incredible experience no matter where somebody interacts with your brand and I can
promise you that you will spread like wildfire.
Have you ever been to a movie that was mediocre and raved about it to your friends? Absolutely
not.
The only time you will rant, rave and share to your friends about something is if it was absolutely
incredible. If the graphics, the acting, the storyline, and the plot all completely blew your mind. All
completely created an experience that you've never seen somewhere else.
This way of thinking also translates exactly into your online business. If you want your business to
spread like wildfire you need to make sure that you are over delivering and create an incredible
experience that stands out from the rest. That means that your social media is on point. You show
up every day and you are inspiring, adding value, educating, and giving tips and advice that people
cannot find anywhere else.
Like Aristotle said “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then is not an act but a habit.” Do you
want to inspire people as your job? THEN show up EVERY DAMN DAY and inspire. Don’t wait for
permission, don’t wait for the first paid client. BE IT, and then it will become true.
Do not worry about giving too much of value. Somebody will not purchase your product if you give
too much value. In fact the opposite is true.
When somebody stumbles across what you have to offer and you give so much incredible value it
helps them see that you really know your stuff and if you show up offering your product or service
they will be more likely to buy because they know that you are somebody that can truly help them.
You've already proved that you can truly help them because you have delivered value in your
contact. Just make sure you keep an air of mystery about you. Like they should know that there’s
even MORE incredible-ness once they sign up to work with you.
Trust yourself that you’ll continue to learn and improve your craft.
And so long as you're creating content live streams, videos, blogs that are evergreen that content
can continue to help people from month and for years to come which will create an evergreen
funnel of traffic right back to you, your email is and your incredible products and services.
PS: When you are delivering value, tie in your value and knowledge with stories from your OWN life.
This will help you bond even further with your clients as they will learn more about you, and they will
believe that the knowledge you are sharing is real, as you have the personal stories and outcomes to
back it up.
Giving Away Value Without Giving Away ‘Too Much’
The question I hear from so many new entrepreneurs is “What if I give away too much and they don’t
need me?” This is not possible. When you give away value information, you establish yourself as an
expert. When you trust yourself to learn, and share value, you create a bond of trust with your audience,
who can feel that you love them and you want to share your best information with them to truly help
them, and the LAW OF CAUSE AND EFFECT will ensure that you always get back what you put out.
Give away incredible value. Do not hold back. Giving away incredible value is a win-win-win for you, as
long as you ENJOY giving away the content.
If YOU want to stand out, and grow quickly, give away amazing value. Why? Because your ideal client is
not silly, they are actually very smart. You only want to work with the best, right?
So if you’re giving away cookie-cutter info that they can find somewhere else, you’ll be forgettable. They can
go somewhere else to get it. Make your name synonymous for quality. Give away incredible information,
and you’ll leave an impression in people’s minds.
Here’s how giving away amazing information is a double-edged sword, and will work for you better in
the long run:
This learning pyramid, which is based on key training and coaching principles shows how people learn
and retain information best. So, if someone is simply passively listening to you on their instagram story,
they might remember 20% of what you have said, but they would have to put it into practice to actually
gain the benefits (which they would when they work with you)
You’ll see if you REALLY want to remember something, then teaching will allow you to really let the
information sink in.
I’m willing to bet you’re someone who’s ALWAYS learning, and you WISH you could retain all the
information you learn to make it worth your while. Well, getting into the habit of sharing what you’re up
to, and what you’ve learnt with your community will help you establish yourself as an expert AND retail
what you’ve learnt.
Your audience will not get the results from your free value. Y ou could give away a whole course for
free, but they will not see the value, because they have not paid for it. Only when someone COMMITS
and takes action do they see the results of their actions. If they cannot commit monetarily then they will
likely not do the work. When someone pays for your services, they have made a commitment to
themselves. They have FINALLY decided to go all in for themselves, and move past the fear. If you
provide services for free, you are wasting your time and theirs.
*Whenever you do not see the results, remember that it is a result of WHAT you are doing, and WHO you
are being. This is always in your control, and you can go back to part 1 to review the confidence and
mindset of attracting.

MODULE 6: Sell Your Programs With Ease,
Grace and Without Feeling Salesy

You get what you think about. If you want to get more clients. think about new ways you can bring them
into your life. Think about ways you can help them. Think about ways that you can make their lives
better.
You and everyone around you are ONE. The reason why you think you are separate from your
neighbour is because you have been programmed to think that way. But you are all one. As you
create these incredible offers to sell, I want you to remember that you are talking to YOU. YOU
are talking to your sisters, you are talking to your friends. They love you. They celebrate with
you. They await for you to shine in your glory as you allow them to shine to.
Do not be afraid to put your offers out there. Imagine when you put your message out there that
you are putting it out to your sisters, to the people who you love. To those who are fighting the
same fight as you. You are being there for them, and know that they will love and wholeheartedly
accept your message.
Gather Testimonials
At the beginning of this course, we showed you how to reach out to people to give value for free,
and in exchange, accept testimonials. Now is the time to grab those testimonials. If you have
received positive feedback on your free content you’ve been creating, hold on to this as well.
Social proof goes a long way in getting people to trust you, and value your worth. Make sure to
collect, be grateful for these testimonials and share them with your gratefulness online so that
people can clearly see how amazing your products and services are.
Questions your testimonials should answer:
● Where the client was before they started working with you
● The emotions they felt
● Why they needed help and what they wanted to accomplish
● How you and your program helped
● How their life is different now
● If they would recommend your program and why. Why are they happy they made the
decision to work with you.
MODULE 7: THE ART OF MASTERING SALES CALLS +
DISCOVERY CALLS

By the end of this module, you will learn:
● How to be at your most confident self for your sales calls
● How to lead a sales calls and increase your potential to close and convert potential
clients
Go back to your monthly income goals. How many clients did you decide you would need every
month to meet your sales targets? Was it 5? Was it 10?
You’ll want to have a realistic idea of how many calls you need to have to close the amount of sales
you wish to close and bring on those dreamy clients.
So at the very beginning, expect that you can close 2 out of every 5 sales calls you have.
If you know that you want to have 5 new clients in a month, then you should be aiming to have
about 10 discovery calls!
If you want to have 10 new clients in a month, then expect that you have to do 15 sales calls that
month. That’s about 4 a week.
Desired new clients / Close rate = number of calls you need to book each month
Now we want to break it down and make it easy to manage and add to your calendar for your
marketing schedule each week, so we want to divide that by 4.
This is your goal for calls booked every week. Now you have to shift from a hobby, to a business
mindset.
You would NEVER walk into a retail business (or any business) and see them lollying about without
a daily and weekly sales target. Now that you are creating your REAL live business you need to
think about this as a business too.
Have sales targets. Have targets of how many people you want to talk to every day. Have a target for
how much outreach you need to do to hit your sales targets.
You have to be relentless in getting these calls. You have to make a PROMISE to yourself that you
will do what it takes to get these calls.
I want you to get EXCITED about these calls, know that you can really, truly help people overcome
their obstacles and get to the root of their issue, and give them the opportunity to make a
difference. I want you to know and trust that these calls will come easily to you.
I want you to REALIZE that SALES is often a numbers game. AND SALES IS A GOOD THING.
Selling means you get to share your AMAZING products with the world. Create something that you
feel REALLY good about and excited to share and you’ll want to get it out there. It will be no
problem for you to talk about it!

PS: Great tip if you want to know the lessons from a book, but don’t have time to read it is to watch the
illustrated reviews on youtube. I LOVE to read, but sometimes I need a short-form.
So I want to to shake it out of your head to take it personally if your first couple of calls don’t go as
you planned. At first, you will just be getting comfortable so I want you to say this before you get
into your calls.
