Instructions

STEP 1: Watch the 3-minute task auditor training. And don’t be


fooled by the length, it may seem like a short training but
it is POWERFUL.

STEP 2: Set a timer for 15 minutes and brain dump as many


tasks in each of the 4 task auditing sections, working
counterclockwise beginning at “Good At & Like”.

STEP 3: Pat yourself on the back, most people just never do this
simple exercise.

STEP 4: Go back through the tasks you put in the “Don’t Like &
Not Good At” section. You’ll experience rapid growth
if you can offload these items from your to-dos. Ask
yourself how you can either outsource, find resources like
our upcoming Insta Influence Kit, or get support for these
items?

STEP 5: Move onto the tasks you put in the “Good At, But Don’t
Like” section. If it’s dragging your energy down, it’s worth
reprioritizing your resources so you can give what you’re
good at AND what you like doing your full energy for
maximum results. How can you outsource, find resources,
or get support for these items?

STEP 6: Finally, move onto the tasks in the “Not Good At But Like”
section. Finding tools or support to improve your skills
or time spent learning and executing these items is of
upmost importance to your continued growth. What tools
can expedite this process? What resources are available
to you?
