ु ार काशक/मु क के घोषणाप को अ ध मा णत कर के आगे क कारवाई के लए इस कायालय को भेज सकते ह।घोषणाप के येक प ृ ठ पर संदभ
सं या, ा धकृत ा धकार के ह ता र,पण
ू नाम एं व महु र प ट होनी चा हए।आर.एन.आई. क वे ब साइट से डाउनलोड प को कै न कये गये ह ता र के साथ,
घोषणाप दा खल करने के लए वैध द तावेज के प म वीकार कया जा सकता है । घोषणाप का प (फाम-1)आर.एन.आई. क वेबसाइट www.rni.nic.in पर
उपल ध है । This title has been verified in terms of the provison to Section 6 of the PRB ACT 1867.You may,therefore,authenticate
the declaration of the publisher/printer,as per section 5 of the Act and forward the same to this office for further action. Each
page of the declaration should be authenticated clearly with reference number,signature,full name and seal of the authenticating
authority.This title verification letter with scanned signature,downloaded from RNI website may be accepted as a valid document for
authenticating declaration.This proforma(FORM-I) of declaration is available on RNI website www.rni.nic.in

घोषणाप को अ ध मा णत करते समय आप का यान न न क ओर आक षत कया जाता है :-

Your attention is invited to the following while authenticating the declaration:

(क) काशक एंव मु क अलग-अलग यि त होने क ि थ त म उनके वारा अलग-अलग घोषणाप दा खल करना ज र है ।
Where the publisher and printer are not the same, separate declarations from printer and publisher shall be necessary.
(ख)य द ं टंग ेस काशन थल से अलग कसी अ य िजले म ि थत है तो उस िजले से भी मु क को पॄथक प से घोषणाप दा खल करना होगा।( ट ं र का
अथ है वह यि त िजसका उ लेख घोषणाप के कॅालम 7 म ट
ं र के प म कया गया है न वह यि त जो अ ध नयम क धारा 4 के अनस
ु ार क ं टंग ेस
का र क है ।)
If printing press is in a district other than the place of publication,separate declaration by printer is required from the district having
printing press.(Printer here means person mentioned as printer in column 7 of declaration and does not mean keeper of the printing
press under section 4 of the Act).
(ग)जहां काशक तथा/अथवा ट ं र वामी नह ं है ऐसी ि थ त म घोषणाप के साथ उस यि त को काशक तथा/अथवा ट ं र के प म घोषणाप दा खल
करने के लए वामी वारा एक अनु यि त प दया जाना अ नवाय है [अ ध नयम क धारा 5(2 बी)]।
Where the publisher and/or printer are not the owner,the declaration shall be accompanied by an authorization letter from the owner
authorizing the person as publisher and/or printer to file declaration(section5(2B) of Act).
(घ)स ताह म एक बार अथवा उससे कम आव धकता वाले काशन के मामल म घोषणाप के अ ध माणन के 6 स ताह के भीतर तथा अ धक आव धकताओं
वाले काशन के मामल म अ ध माणन के 3 मह ने के भीतर य द काशन शु नह ं कया जाता है तो काशन के संबंध म कया गया घोषणाप अमा य हो
जायेगा।[अ ध नयम क धारा 5(5)]
A declaration made in respect of the publication shall be void if the publication does not commence within 6 weeks from the date of
authentication of declaration in case of publication to be published once a week or of lesser periodicity and within 3 months of
authentication of declaration in case of publications with higher periodicities(section 5(5) of Act).

घोषणाप के अ ध माण के बाद काशक को वष 1 अंक 1 का काशन तथा घोषणाप म यथा उि ल खत ेस से मु ण कराना होगा। काशन म मु य प से
समाचार/ वचार/लेख आ द होने चा हय। काशन म न न बात का यान रखा जाना चा हए:
After authentication of declaration,the publisher should publish and print volume 1 issue 1 of the publication printed in the press
mentioned in the declaration.The publication should primarily contain news/views/article etc. Following should be taken care of, in the
publication:

(क)मॅा टहे ड म दशाया गया शीषक यथा अनम

ु ो दत होना चा हए तथा कसी व यमान शीषक के स श/नकल नह ं होना चा हए। काशन के मॅा टहे ड म शीषक
का दशन एक समान फ ट/अ र आकार म 25 तशत से अ धक का अंतर नह ं होना चा हए। शीषक का दशन उधवाधार अथवा तज प म होना चा हए।
The title displayed in the masthead should be as approved and should not resemble/imitate any existing title.The title shall be
displayed in uniform font/letter size in masthead of the publication.The difference in font/letter size should not be more than 25%.The
title shall be displayed either horizontally or vertically.
(ख)मॅा टहे ड तथा येक प ृ ठ पर वष तथा अंक सं या,तार ख/मह ना/वष तथा काशन थल का भी प ट प से उ लेख होना चा हए।
The masthead and each page should also display clearly volume and issue no.,date/month/year and publication city.

(अं ेज़ी अथवा हंद के अलावा अ य भाषाओं के काशन के मामले म शीषक,वष/अंक सं या,तार ख/मह ना/वष, काशन थल तथा इं ट ं लाइन को अं ेज़ी म
भी संदभ हे तु (छोटे फ ट आकार म हो सकता है ) दशाया जाना चा हए। )
(In case of publication in languages other than english or hindi,the title,volume/issue no,date/month/year,publication city and imprint
line should also be displayed in English for reference (it can be in small font size).

ु ंध शपथप संबंधी प आर.एन.आई क वेबसाइट www.rni.nic.in से डाउनलोड कए जा सकते है ।यह
शीषक दो वष के लए वैध होगा तथा य द इस अव ध के दौरान काशक इसका पंजीकरण नह ं कराता है तो यह शीषक वतः ह डी- लॅ ाक हो जाएगा तथा यह शीषक
फर कसी भी आवेदक के लए उपल ध होगा।
After that the publisher has to obtain registration certificate by submitting required documents(complete and correct) to RNI.The
application proforma for registration,list of required documents and format of No foreign Tie up affidavit and printer agreement may
be downloaded from RNI website www.rni.nic.in
This title is valid for two years and if publisher does not get it registered within this period,the title will be deblocked automatically and will
be available to others.

This verified title is not transferable before registration.
