‫ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻣﺼﺪﺭ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﺮ ؟ ‪? What is a Hazard‬‬
‫ﻫﻮ ﻇﺮﻑ ﺃﻭ ﻧﺸﺎﻁ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺗﺮﻙ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺳﻴﻄﺮﺓ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﻳﺆﺩﻱ ﺍﻟﻰ ﻭﻗﻮﻉ ﺍﻹﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺽ ‪.‬‬
‫ﺗﻌﺮﻳﻒ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺎﻃﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﺤﺪ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻻﺣﻴﺎﻥ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﺑﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻣﺨﺎﻃﺮ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻗﺪ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ‪‬‬
