1. Event title: The rise of fake news and its implications in the Philippine Government
(Event 1)

The activity was initiated by a club member. The activity furthers the understanding
of the attendees about fake news. The speaker gave a lot of insights to the attendees
especially on how to determine whether such article, picture, news, and any form of
information is a fake or a real one.

2. Event title: The Bangsamoro Organic Law: A Brief overview of its Ratification (Event 2)

Venue: B300-Case room, Bellarmine Building, Ateneo de Davao University

Since the Bangsamoro Organic Law was recently approved and signed, it is relevant
that students may know what the law is all about, that is why this activity was held.
This activity was initiated again by a club member. The speaker shared a lot of
relevant insights, especially on the changed brought by this law. The speaker also
asserted that this law might be a step towards having a federal government in the
country.
