Description:
Pathfinder program is to train young people to become leaders: a team player and not a commander. It
follows a course of arts and crafts, survival skills, first aid, and community services.

Mechanics:

All Grades 3-6 have to be members for this program. They will be divided by units with 7-9 members each unit.
They will have their unit name, a captain, a scribe, and a guidon bearer. They will always be in a company
formation by Unit to start the program every week.
