    “ CHECK-OUT” PROCESS

     RECEPTIONIST: Good morning Sir.

     GUEST: Good morning, Can I have my bill, please? I’m checking out.

     RECEPTIONIST: Which room is it?

     GUEST: Room 425

     RECEPTIONIST: Did you have anything from the minibar, last night?

     GUEST: Yes, a mineral water

     RECEPTIONIST: Here you are, how would you like to pay?

     GUEST: American express...

     RECEPTIONIST: Thank you... O.K. can you sign here please... thank you... would you like me

    to call a taxi for you?

     GUEST: Ah, no thanks

     RECEPTIONIST: You need any help with your luggage?

     GUEST: No, I’m fine, thanks

     RECEPTIONIST: Have a good trip mister Rider.

     GUEST: Thank you

     RECEPTIONIST: Good bye

     GUEST: Good bye

    GUEST: Good morning room 256 Check Out, please

    RECEPTIONIST: Are you Miss Tracy

    GUEST: Yes that’s right.

    RECEPTIONIST: Have you consumed anything from the minibar?

    GUEST: Yeah… a couple of beers and a bottle of water.

    RECEPTIONIST: Alright, So adding to your total, it comes to $ 579

    GUEST: Ok, I also wanna order some coffee from the room -service.

    RECEPTIONIST: No problem, I’ll get that sent to your room.

    GUEST: Great! Please include that in the bill.

    RECEPTIONIST: Sure! Your new total is $ 585.

    GUEST: Great, please send me the bill.

    III.- HOTEL CHECK-OUT PROCESS

    RECEPTIONIST: ABC Hotel, How can I help you?

    GUEST: Hi there…. I was just going through my bill and I found a charge for laundry.

    RECEPTIONIST: Ok

    GUEST: Well I didn’t get any service laundry during my stay. I don’t understand why I’ve been charged
    for that.

    RECEPTIONIST: Is that so? I’m awfully sorry sir. Let me get this checked… I’ll send you a revised bill.

    GUEST: Please do so. .. It’s very irritating being charged for something you didn’t buy.

    RECEPTIONIST: I truly apologize sir: This was a mistake. I’ll get it removed right away

    GUEST: Alright thanks for the help.
